I am not sure if this can be defined as sport exactly, but just got back from my daily walk before getting to ready for my work shift. I walked just a small trip today, maybe 5 or 6 km at the most. Just to get rolling (sorry, bad pun) after a chat this lunchtime, I decided I really should get out for a bike ride whilst the weather was good.
