There's an alleyway that leads to a car park that only has one way in and barely any windows. I've gone there three times now. Last time I went there it had been used a lot probably by both men and women because there was piss on the wall and also some puddles on the floor with tissues in. I have peed in wide neck bottles with no issue, normal ones I think would cause a leak. My stream varies, the more desperate I am, the wider my stream is. I find it easier to wee in bottles / jars when it's not an urgent pee and when ive got the bottle secured in the right place :)

I have never done this personally but a very good friend of mine did on the way back from a party in London last year.
