Yes. Mostly in college. Many people peed out windows who were not even into pee because it was convenient to not have to leave your dorm room and go down the hall to the bathroom. Also, some floors were segregated male/female so if you wanted to go the bathroom and you were on the opposite sex floor you would have to go down a whole floor. Most people had their desks under the window so you could just climb up on a desk to do it. Some of the dorms also had sinks so people used those instead. 

I did this in a few circumstances:

• Middle of the night pee: It was easier to get out of bed, climb on my desk by the the window and pee out of it, rather than get dressed to go down the hall to the bathroom, especially after a night of partying.
• Girlfriends dorm room on a female floor: In the middle of the night or even while partying in her room I did not want to go down a floor so I would just pee out the window. I even did this a couple of times in front of her roommate.
• Private party: sometimes we would be having a closed door party and no one wanted to leave the room so we would pee out the window.

A few memorable incidents. 

• Once during a room party, my friend climbed on the desk to pee out the window. He did this all the time in his room which had bushes below the window. However, this room was on a third floor with a walk way under it. He started peeing and we heard a shriek from girl in our dorm. She had unknowing walked right below and was showered with his piss. She then looked up and realized he was pissing on her. He was too drunk to stop. She was super upset, ran into the dorm, up to the room and started punching him, then she rubbed her wet clothes and hair all over him to get him wet with his own piss. Everyone thought it was pretty funny. He actually ended up accidentally pissing on another girl again off the balcony of a frat party but that's a balcony, not a window story.
• Another time my same friend got up in the middle of the night after partying to pee out the window and fell out the window. Fortunately is was the ground floor and he landed on top of a bush. He slept there until the morning outside with no pants and a bunch of he people thought it was hilarious. 
• There was a frat we used to go to, in a big old fraternity house that had a row of urinals in a bathroom next to a big window that opened below the waist. Thus when bathrooms were packed during parties, guys would just start using the window. I peed out that one many times. This also turned into guys using similar windows around the house that were not in bathrooms.
• After having sex with my then girlfriend, I would often get up and go to the window to pee. She got accustomed to this and when we were in my room on a male floor, she would go out the window. She was a very fit, sweet and sparkly blonde. I remember having a great session with here where she ended on top. I thought of another time with my same friend, W who fell out the window in college. Many years later I was living in a big modern house in the hills in LA with many windows and sliding doors. W had just broken up with his wife and was staying with me. A group of girls I knew and have written previously were over having cocktails. Girls tended to like him. It was a beautiful late afternoon so we had many of the doors and windows open as is often the fashion with California indoor/outdoor spaces. Back in my late teens I rented a room in a gorgeous (but run down) old Victorian house with no screens in the windows. And during the hot summers I slept naked with the window open. This house had four bedrooms and one bathroom. And so one night when the one bathroom was occupied, I found a practical excuse for an urge that I'd had ever since I could remember. I have peed out of windows many times.  Is something I did quite often in my youth A) as the windows in my childhood bedroom looked into the canopies of trees (i.e. no one could see what I was doing regardless of time of day), B) it was faster / easier to pee out the window than go to the bathroom (particularly if the window was already open), and C) "pee out the window was a common dare in a game my friends and I played which was a cross between duck-duck-goose and truth-or-dare if/when we played the game indoors.  None of that is to say I haven't peed out of windows as an adult: did it a fair number of times in college.  Haven't peed out of a window in several years...

Yes, I have done this.  Generally it is not that convenient because the windowsills are generally just a little too high.  I peed out of my bedroom window for fun a couple of times, which was fine whilst the pressure lasted as I arced the stream over the windowsill, out of the window whence it the rained down on the conservatory room below.  When the pressure dropped at the end of the pee, the last bit ended up on the windowsill so I had to dry it.

Sometimes I indirectly pee out of my office window.   If I am bursting to pee whilst on a call, I fill a pint glass or large mug and to avoid then having a glass of pee on my desk and risking needing to explain that to my wife, I tip it out of the window.  The porch roof is immediately below the window so it runs down that into the gutter.

I have also peed out of windows in hotel rooms and also a B&B that had no toilet in the room.

Many times! Last time when I piss out of window was in the summer. We rented a nice cabin from the shore of the lake with my friends. There was no toilet in the cabin, but there was a outhouse. I didn't want to dress up and go to pee in the outhouse in the middle of the night. So.. I peed out from my bedroom window. I only ever did once in my life. I live in a post-communist apartment building block, there's another apartmant building next to mine, separated by a little filed of grass and a few trees. Point is, you can see the windows of the whole side of the other building when looking out, and they can see your.

So doing this during the day is not possible (probably not legal) and I only did it in the middle of the night once when it was pitch dark and I didn't see lights on in any of the apartments. Was kinda fun but way too scary, since any random passerby would be able to see, as well as hundreds of people if they looked outside and not lit the lights.

Yes, of course. My childhood room faced a wooded area and I'd sometimes remove the screen and pee out the window without a care, though it was a bit high.

A user here managed to convince me (not much work needed tbh) to pee out my window when I lived in a city. My bedroom faced an alley and you could touch the other wall easily so it was a two for one piss! Usually only did it when it was raining in the dead of night since my landlord had a matching window right below.
