As a guy I'm not going to add anything on what will be most attractive to the lady readers. What I will suggest though is break it up into paragraphs, not one solid block of text. In my stories I tend to include script - or spoken phrases - in "quotation marks" and sometimes what the character is thinking as a voice in their head in 'single quotes'.
