Did it get full again during the swim meet from having drank so much? did you drink a lot so you would do better in the swim meet or did coach tell you to hydrate well? coaches told us to hydrate well during the day so we would drink water throughout the school day. learned to hold it in class and get used to my bladder swelling up. I think that is where i got my interest in feeling my bladder swelling and of it getting really full too. then kept drinking all through the day as I liked that feeling of my bladder swelling up and liked how intensely full it got. there was a lot of bumping into each other in the packed halls as we would push and shove our way to make it to the next class without being late.           got to love that swelling feeling in my bladder. I would hit the weights still holding it as long as could before go pee and stop when the flow slowed down and stopped with a lot still in my bladder because I was holding so much for so long. i then got into stopping the flow when it slowed down when weightlifting and would drink a lot more water and keep lifting. folks always wondered why i peed like a horse after getting home from weightlifting after school. in teh summer i would walk around shirtless with my bladder swollen in my waist.
