I've peed in elevators countless number of times so idk which ones to talk about lol. But yeah dont just go and pee into any elevator if you're worried about the cams, do it only in those ones that you are extremely familiar with. That way you'll know beforehand if it has cameras.

I have done this a few times, but I also think that cameras could be an issue, although it is unlikely that someone is actually sitting watching the feed in real time so even if you are filmed, it is highly unlikely that someone will be waiting to intercept you when you get out of the lift.   Once you have left the scene it would be an inordinate amount of effort to track you down, so cameras are a small risk.

Still,  better not to be filmed, so maybe stick to older lifts.  Most cameras are NOT hidden.   They want you to know that the camera is there to act as a deterrent.

The best advice I can give you is to just go for it. The risk of someone else walking in greatly outweighs the risk of there being a camera. Chances are, those cameras aren't even being monitored. They're only there incase of graffiti or something that'll cause real damage, piss can easily be cleaned up. Just go for it, piss to your hearts content. Just don't piss on the buttons or else you might short-circuit the elevator and get yourself stuck.
