A lady who got off a train,

Recently spotted on a visit to Gourmet Burger Kitchen.   Interesting way of saying a urinal was out of order.   I did think of peeing in it anyway, but it was all barriered off and not so easy to get there, plus the restaurant was quite busy so highly likely that someone else would have walked in and spotted me.

Probably blocked. I can imagine it being used anyway if there were lots of guys trying to pee simultaneously, even if it stared to overflow 💦
