Says a lot about the photo that the thing I looked at first wasn't the bum but the eyes 😍

First run for me for four weeks (!) and I am so pleased I went out, even if it was a very gentle 4 miles of running, plus 0.1 mile walking between each mile. Glorious weather here this afternoon: really warm sunshine and a southerly breeze, so vest off after a mile. 🙂 Felt really good to be back out there.

And on this first of the month, there are some big names among the members for whom this is a special day. Woo hoo! We've always had an open door policy for the bathroom. The kids have left home now, but while they were growing up the bathroom door was always open. There would often be one of us in the shower, another cleaning their teeth and a third having a wee while the fourth waited lol. The door was never closed. Even as the kids went through puberty and beyond. They were always relaxed and body positive. With guests in the house the rules change and we shut or lock the door. Even with friends.

I think the filtered hidden posts are all reviewed pretty quickly and unhidden quickly post-review. The mods are in the site a lot 🙂. But I guess knowing what would be auto-filtered would be good. Mods, is there a list we can look at?

I've been reminded of a time about a year ago I was in a Midlands city walking back from a restaurant with my wife and two grown up kids to an apartment we were staying in fir a few days. We turned the corner to the road where the apartment was and there were a couple of guys standing by a lamp post. One of them was peeing against it while the other was shielding him (mostly) from view. But it was clear what he was doing. He was mid flow and clearly wasn't going to stop as we walked past them.
