Popular Post DoctorDoctor 1,380
OK. I have been watching pee porn for a while and I am somewhat confused by the distinct variation of angle of women's pee streams. I am hoping some of the women (possibly @sd91, @Lovetowee, @ukpeegirl86, @nicolepiss since they have commented on a similar thread) on this site can help enlighten me. I am talking about hands/finger free peeing without spreading the labia. normal peeing in a deep squat position, not leaning back or some unnatural posture to change the urine stream direction. I am not talking about streams that are deflected by the labia. A large portion of women pee a stream that travels at a slight angle forward, but mostly downward (the "downward pee'ers"), no matter the intensity of the stream. These are the women that the stream lands between their feet when squatting outdoors or mostly splashes in the water of American toilets. Another portion of women pee a stream that starts nearly straight forward before falling downward (the "forward pee'ers"). The actual distance depends, like a man, on the pressure. These are the women that the stream lands well in front of their toes when squatting outdoors or splatters against the porcelain just under the rim of American toilets. According to my women friends, you can hear the difference clearly in any toilet where women actually sit on the seat. In parts of South America and Europe, squat toilets that are shaped like flat oval bowls in the floor are common; however, in Asian videos, the same squat style toilets have a "hood" over the front to presumably catch these forward streams and splatters. I don't see many videos of women overshooting the flat style, but many of the Asian videos show women that are clearly peeing in a manner that the stream would impact the inside of hood and entirely overshoot the European style. So, finally the questions: Is a downward pee'er always a downward pee'er and a forward pee'er always a forward pee'er genetically, or is each trip to the toilet different? Do some Asian countries have a much higher proportion of forward pee'ers, so they redesigned their toilets? Do the forward pee'ers have to consciously "aim" (not sure by what mechanism) their streams downward when using the flat squat toilets to prevent "overshooting the flat bowl"? 5 1 1 Link to post
peebus10 139
Very interesting questions. I have been wondering these myself. Having seen and used all types of toilettes, I think the Asian style ones are the most clever design and most hygienic. I never gave it any mind whether Asian women pee more forward though. Popular Post sd91 885
Forward pee'er here. If using a toilet I don't usually have to worry about it. If I'm desperate I would probably lean forward a bit more though to just be sure that it doesn't go between the seat and the bowl. I'm always a forward pee'er but most of the time there isn't enough pressure to give it much distance. Anywhere that isn't the toilet, my feet and legs usually stay nice and dry. Usually. 4 3 1 Link to post

Wow, I didn't know that was even possible by accident. That is really "forward". I always assumed the women in porn peeing over the seat are "lifting" and leaning back a little to get the stream to do that. Have you used a squat toilet, either flat or Asian style? I bet you would put that hood on the Asian style to good use and could just let it flow. 1 Link to post

I could see downward peeing being useful if trying to pee discreetly under a squirt or squatting outdoors, but also feet probably get splashed. 1 1 Link to post

Peewee123 1,124
I am well and truly down and actually assumed it was normal. I believe the inner labia are designed to help the pee flow dow smoothly. I wonder if some of it is about the angle of the pelvis when you sit as that can make quite a difference. I really can’t pee at an angle though, even with help lol 2 1 Link to post

Popular Post Sophie 24,371
I am definitely a downward pee'er, when I am sitting on the toilet it goes straight down into the water below and if I try peeing standing I have difficulties doing anything other than soaking my legs. When I squat it lands neatly between my feet and even when really desperate and peeing hard it maybe lands a couple of inches in front of my feet at most. When desperate I pee harder, but not further. 6 1 2 1 Link to post
dltq 121
Interesting. I discovered my fetish when I was in first or second grade, and something I found from all the dumb shit I did back then was that most of the pissing noises I heard were the downward type. Between my fourth and eighth grade years, I noticed more of the forward type. Then, when I was in high school, I noticed a general trend toward more of the forward type among freshmen and sophomores to noticeably more of the downward type among juniors and seniors. Now that I'm in college, I don't know. It's much harder to obtain good readings now without getting in trouble (and the risk of getting caught is a BIG turn-off for me). 3 Link to post
lengajesytec 168
Interesting questions, urethra position varies from one women to another, this combined with the labia shape determines the angle, there are girls that with the right pressure can have an upward stream. There are a few videos of Japanese girls overshooting the hood in the squat toilets while squatting in the usual position. Annie also pees upward. I guess they have to lean more when peeing after holding it or drunk. 1 Link to post
Popular Post Dr.P 1,473
Observation of Women's Pee Streams and Their Directions By Dr.P Although I am a straight male, rather than a female, the natural direction of women's pee streams has always been one of my favorite interests, and a strong focal point of my observations, in pictures, videos, and in the real world. So I thank DoctorDoctor for initiating this discussion. I have been fortunate enough to have had intimate, "wet" relationships with several women, over a thankfully long life, and they have allowed me to have close access to their peeing styles and habits, and have answered most of my questions about their peeing preferences and experiences, in a variety of situations. First, let me try to give some short answers to DoctorDoctor's questions. Part 1. Brief Answers to Questions Posed by DoctorDoctor: By Dr.P "1. Is a downward pee-er always a downward pee-er and a forward pee-er always a forward pee-er genetically, or is each trip to the toilet different?" I think that "hard wired" anatomical features, like the location and exit angle of the urethra are largely determined by genetics, medical history, and age, but other factors, like fullness of the bladder, social anxiety, and even clothing, or pubic hair, can have strong influences on stream direction. So both answers may be correct. I have a set of pictures of one Asian girl who can apparently change, at will, from downward to forward, and back, during the same session, without changing her body position, or using her fingers to manipulate her lips. "2. Do some Asian countries have a much higher proportion of forward pee-ers, so they redesigned their toilets?" I have often wondered about this, myself, based more on pictures and videos of Asian women peeing, online, rather than on toilet designs, which make another strong point. I have no statistics to verify my impressions, but it seems to me that a large number of Japanese ladies are forward pee-ers, judging by the observed trajectories of their streams. Pictures of black ladies have often given me similar impressions, because of the trajectories of their streams, and the fact that many of them tend to spread their legs wide, when they pee, sitting down, in an effort to keep them dry, I'm guessing. A brief survey of my photo collection suggests that a substantial proportion of Western, Caucasian women are downward pee-ers, which helps to explain the design of toilets in America, the UK, and much of Western Europe. "3. Do the forward pee-ers have to consciously "aim" (not sure by what mechanism) their streams downward when using the flat squat toilets to prevent "overshooting the flat bowl"?" This is a potential problem for forward pee-ers, using conventional Western toilets, as well as those using flat squat toilets, lacking deflectors. My impression is that simply bending forward at the hips is the most effective "aiming" mechanism, to bring the trajectory of the stream downward, to avoid splattering of the seat, in the Western case, or overshooting of the flat bowl, in the Asian case. I have some pictures demonstrating this, which I may post, if there is interest. I also remember my mother yelling "Bend over!" at one of my younger sisters, while toilet-training her, since she commonly sprayed the seat and her panties, between her knees, with her forward-directed stream. One of my gf's, who was more of a "mid-angle," or "45 degree" pee-er, than a forward pee-er, would separate her lips with her fingers, and let them relax back to their natural state, before starting to pee. This seemed to prevent some spraying, instability, and misdirection of her stream. Part 2. Three Types of Female Pee-ers By Dr.P I believe that natural exit angles strongly affect women's preferred peeing styles (sitting, squatting, standing, legs apart, or together, when using toilets, urinals, or neither.) So if one exit angle is a very common characteristic of a certain female population, like that of Japan, it might be expected to affect toilet and/or urinal designs for that population, if the designers are aware of it. Since I believe most of the designers still are men, even in today's world, they may not be aware of exit angles, and their consequences for female users. In addition to definite forward and downward pee-ers, I think there are a substantial number of women whose streams exit at intermediate angles from their bodies, putting them somewhere "mid-angle," between forward and downward pee-ers, and possibly confused about how to deal with certain peeing situations, or toilet or urinal designs. I don't know the statistics of their numbers in various populations, but we certainly don't want to neglect them. At least one of my closest gf's was among them, and I see countless examples, online. So, at the risk of boring some readers, I would like to add a third type of pee-er to the downward and forward types described by DoctorDoctor, based on their approximate exit angles, relative to their upper bodies, when sitting all the way down on Western-style toilets, or standing up straight, outdoors or indoors. (Basing the definitions on hovering or squatting postures would be too complicated, in my view.) 1. Following DoctorDoctor, "downward" pee-ers are those women whose streams, go straight down into the toilet water, or the ground, within exit angles of nearly zero degrees (or parallel) to their bodies, give or take roughly 10 to 20 degrees to the vertical. These are the ladies who can sit on toilets with their thighs pressed tightly together, and pee straight into the water, without getting a single dribble on their thighs. Some of them can stand up straight, simply spread their legs a few inches apart, and pee straight on the ground, without getting their legs wet. But for others, like Sophie, their pee tends to run down their legs. They also have a relatively easy time squatting, outdoors, but they may wet the backs of toilet seats, when "hovering" over them. 2. "Mid-angle" or "45 degree" pee-ers would be another type, whose streams make exit angles of roughly 45 degrees downward from the horizontal (give or take 15 degrees), to their bodies, assumed vertical, sitting or standing. Depending on their actual exit angles, these ladies may have to be mindful of their stream directions, to avoid wetting their legs, clothing, or toilet seats, when sitting, "hovering," or squatting. They definitely need to bend forward, to pee with their thighs pressed tightly together, when sitting or squatting. They may have to use aiming techniques, like bending forward, when sitting, or spreading their lips with their fingers, to pee standing, or to use urinals designed for males. I think that "45 degree" or simply 45° is one convenient way to refer to this peeing direction, even though the angle for real individuals may differ, somewhat. It is not vertically "downward," and not horizontal, or "forward." So "mid-angle" is another convenient term, for reference. 3. Again following DoctorDoctor, "forward" pee-ers are those whose streams come out straight forward, 90 degrees to their bodies, or roughly horizontal, within 10 to 20 degrees, down, or even, up. Conventional Western toilets, or flat squat toilets, with no deflector, can be significant challenges for these women, because their streams can easily wet their legs, clothing, toilet seats, and the floor in front of them, when sitting. They can compensate by bending very far forward, which may be uncomfortable, or by squatting, while leaning forward. These women do have great advantages when using male-style urinals or standing to pee, "like a guy," outdoors. Squatting postures, outdoors, also tend to work well for them, because their streams tend to land well within their frontal field of view and control. There is a medical condition, common among middle-aged women, who have had children, called "dropped bladder," which changes their urinary exit angle toward forward, from whatever it was, when they were younger. It usually causes their streams to exit forward, and higher than previously, sometimes spraying their legs and panties, at or below their knees, and even going under the seats of Western toilets, above the edge of the bowl, to spray their clothing, and the floor in front of the toilet, leading to surprise, and dismay. Compensating strategies are not easy. Moderate forward bends are often ineffective. Some women spread their legs, or squat, while leaning far forward, while others press their thighs tight together, while sitting, to confine the spray, between them, and limit wiping to their inner thighs. Otherwise, they may have to spend a long time wiping the seat and floor, and even changing their clothes, afterward. Women who experience this condition are understandably embarrassed and secretive about it, and I sympathize with them. But I have to admit that I find it highly erotic, and I would love to watch one of them pee, and help her with the cleanup! Part 3. Some of My Examples By Dr.P "Jeanie" was one of my gf/s who was very proud of her ability to pee standing up straight, straddling a toilet, with her knees locked, and her stream going straight down, into the bowl. I watched her many times, and have posted her story on Pee Fans. I always thought she was naturally a downward pee-er. She claimed her mother had trained her, "from little on," to use that skill, in public toilets. But one time, I was sitting on the floor, in front of her, holding a jar, for her to pee in, standing up straight. She said she had to "go" really bad. When she started, her stream shot out, horizontally, above the jar, and I was able to catch it in my mouth! She apologized, and I thanked her for the drink, as I licked the dribbles from her hairy pussy, telling her I loved it. Looking more closely at her pussy, I discovered that her matted mass of pubic hair normally caught her stream, and directed it downward. Under the pressure of a full bladder, her stream shot out forward, between her lips, parting her dense hair, that time. She said it happened occasionally, always when she had to go really bad. When I watched her pee, sitting on a toilet, she spread her legs wide, and her stream, came out forward, between them, sometimes deviating, and wetting one thigh or the other. So it is hard for me to decide whether she is naturally a downward, forward, or mid-angle pee-er. "Lisa" is naturally a forward, or at least "mid-angle" pee-er. When she stood to pee, outdoors, her stream landed at least a foot in front of her feet. When she did it sitting down, on a toilet, or on the running board of a car, her powerful, ragged stream came out forward, staying below the toilet seat, but sometimes hitting the front of the bowl, above the water line. She loved to spread her legs as wide as possible, whenever she peed, especially when sitting on a toilet. I asked her if she did that to keep her legs from getting wet. She said "No, my legs don't usually get wet. It just feels good." When "Michelle" first let me watch her pee, sitting on the toilet, she kept her thighs pressed tight together, so I couldn't see her stream. So I thought she was a downward pee-er, because I was certain her legs would get wet, if her stream came out more forward, which I knew she wouldn't like. But when she opened her legs to let me wipe her, I saw some dribbles on her inner thighs, but not as many as I had expected. I wiped or licked them away. When I finally got her to let me see her stream, while she was peeing, I learned that it came out about 45 degrees below horizontal, making her a "mid-angle" or 45° pee-er. Her outdoor peeing style was a very high squat, almost standing, and her stream landed well in front of her feet, without her spreading her lips, while peeing. She always made sure that her lips were open, before she started, but a secondary stream almost always sprinkled her left thigh. When I was watching her, I helped her by wiping her thigh, while she continued to pee. Another g.f. almost always peed, sitting on the toilet, with her legs together. Her stream went straight down, into the bowl, unless she spread her lips, with her fingers. So she is a true, downward pee-er, but on rare occasion, her stream eludes her control, and may wet her right thigh, all the way to her knee, even with her legs together. She told me about this, and I actually saw it happen, once. These are just a few of many examples of the amazing diversity and variability of female peeing styles, which make our fetish so interesting and enjoyable! If there is interest, I will post photos from my collection which illustrate the three peeing directions, with appropriate examples. Dr. P. 4 1 1 Link to post

wettingman 568
Very Interesting Topic. While I knew woman's pee hole was located and angled differently, I never thought about the effects being this dramatic. The ability to pee outside was a topic for discussion this summer . It explains why some females I know can stand and aim their stream well , while others say they can't even squat and pee without getting it on their legs and feet. What surprised me was having deflectors especially on squat toilet was an issue for women. As a males I know males need to point their penis down to keep from spraying over the seat. 1 Link to post

I can't explain the trend back towards the downward type after this though. My reply: Both of your observations and reasoning are very interesting. Due to the details of construction of the bathrooms in the schools I attended, in the Midwestern U.S., in the mid twentieth century, I had very few opportunities for observations of girls' pee sounds, in grade school or high school. Bathrooms were large, with multiple stalls, and a single set of entrance and exit doors, some distance from the stalls. They also received heavy use, so it would be very difficult to isolate the sound of a particular girl from background noise. But situations in my adult life have improved substantially, with single-user multi-gender restrooms, notoriously ineffective sound insulation, etc. In my adult life, I have probably heard more sounds indicating downward, rather than forward stream directions, simply because the sounds are usually lower-pitched, louder, and so propagate better than the more delicate hiss and tinkle usually associated with forward, or even mid-angle streams. So, in general, the observer has to be closer to the sound source, and more likely to attract attention, increasing the risk of getting caught, to hear the latter. The physiological changes in the girls, that you propose, are possible, but I think psychological factors may be equally, or even more important. They can be largely voluntary, in response to perceived or actual social pressures. Downward-directed streams going straight into the toilet water are neater, and less messy than forward or mid-angle directed streams, which may splatter the seats, the girls' legs, and even wet their clothing. So the mothers of the youngest girls probably trained them to direct their streams downward, to minimize the mess. As the girls get older, and more aware of their sounds, they may become embarrassed, or even face overt or covert ridicule, if their sounds are perceived to be too loud, by themselves, or by other girls. Some girls don't care about this, but others are more self-conscious and sensitive, so they learn to aim their streams at the walls of the toilet, which reduces the sound volume substantially, even if they occasionally hit the rim or the seat. These psychological factors would explain the changes toward forward streams from downward streams, for the girls in late grade school, and early high school, as their social awareness develops. The change back to downward streams in late high school may simply reflect some reversal of this process, as the girls become less anxious about sounds, and more aware of the potential messiness of their peeing processes, with the practical decision to mitigate that, by peeing downward, insofar as possible. Physiological factors become more important for determining stream directions in adult women, bladder infections and childbirth being the more important, in young women. Scar tissue and lip irregularities can not only change stream directions, downward or forward, but they can deflect the stream sideways, causing it to wet one thigh, or make it spray, in several directions. A condition called "dropped bladder" can change the stream direction from downward to forward, in middle-aged and older women, who have had kids. Dr.P 1 1 Link to post
Carb0nBased 644
Another important observation with regards to trying to judge stream angle for toilet pees solely by sound--it makes a big difference how large the pool of water is in the bottom of the bowl, which can be quite different for different toilet designs, and to some degree also the size of one's bottom and legs, affecting how far forward the crotch is positioned in the seat opening. Some toilets only fill with water to where the funnel-shaped opening of the drain pipe is underwater and the whole bottom of the bowl is dry, while others fill to where everything under the seat opening is underwater, and other toilets are in between. While very forward streams (so forward so as to possibly not even stay in the bowl) will never hit the water in any toilet, downward and mid-angle streams can easily hit the water in some toilets and the porcelain in others, making the same girl/woman's pee sound completely different. Of course, if you SEE a woman peeing, this all doesn't matter. Edited October 27, 2021 by Carb0nBased 3 Link to post

Dr.P 1,473
@BGSB86, Congratulations! You are the second "forward pee'er" (since sd91) to post on this thread, verifying my wild guess that you are out there, but probably not as numerous as "downward pee'ers," in the general population. I wonder how many more of you may eventually post on this thread? Including my examples, it looks like we now have about 6 "downward pee'ers," 3"forward pee'ers," and 1 "mid-angle pee'er" giving rough percentages of 60% downward, 30% forward, and 10% mid-angle. It will be interesting to see if, and how, these percentages change, with more responses. I would expect that the fraction of mid-angle pee'ers will increase, forward may decrease, and downward will remain about the same. Dr.P Link to post

The change back to downward streams in late high school may simply reflect some reversal of this process, as the girls become less anxious about sounds, and more aware of the potential messiness of their peeing processes, with the practical decision to mitigate that, by peeing downward, insofar as possible. Perhaps the mothers teach the girls to lean forwards during toilet training to prevent the pee from coming up over the toilet seat. As the girls get older, they grow and so sit further back on the toilet which makes this less of an issue so they figure out they don't need to do it. Larger bladder capacity meaning they wait longer could also result in a more powerful stream that shoots forward. As for the stream being more downwards at college age, maybe they start to lean forwards again to reduce mess as you have mentioned. 1 Link to post

There's no absence of power. Peeing forward involves manual intervention! Edited October 31, 2021 by Kupar Link to post
