I will drink my wife's pee directly from the source. I have drank it from a cup, but I prefer it directly from the source. I have also drank it from a catheter I inserted in her one time. (I did post about that on this site.) That was an interesting experience. But when I drink directly from her, she pees fast and furious so it is hard to swallow it all so quickly. I do prefer it after she has hydrated fully. It is weaker that way and easier to take down, but I do love the normal pee also. I did drink her morning pee once and that was very strong. @RiverGolden This is a very bad idea and the reason why relates to what @fountain has mentioned. When you gain access to the bladder you need to be very careful. Our mouths are full of bacteria. It is very likely you have or will end up giving your girl a UTI doing this. I can speak from experience. I have involved use of a catheter in some of my fun at times. Yea I had this test done also. She told me to hold it in as long as I could. The catheter made things uncomfortable, difficult to tell when I was at my limit . So I held it. I guess she didn't know I was used to and enjoyed holding my pee especially through a bladder spasm . She got kind of frantic when one occurred and I didn't say I need to go now, I tried to hold it. Once I started "peeing " it came gushing out soaking hard lots of it splattering on the floor not the bucket. I fantasized about women holding my penis while I peed. I once had a procedure to test that . I had an overactive bladder and they have a test to see how much your bladder holds. How long you can hold it and how fast and complete do you empty. They use a catheter to fill the bladder until it becomes painful and ask you to pretend you are driving and have to hold it in until you no longer can. Then You then pee into a bucket. Before they insert the catheter they attach probles to the groin area and testicles There were 2 female assistants while I'm in a gown with feet up in stirrups. Your profile doesn't say if you are male or female or your age. If you are an older male, I would immediately think prostate issues. If you are female, then maybe a UTI. If you have to use a catheter to empty, that sounds serious. Either way, a consult with a health provider is likely in order, so it doesn't get worse. 300-400 ml seems like a normal pee volume. I normally pee 500-600 ml, but I am feeling rather full, but not desperate, by then.

I've had to have a catheter in twice due to medical procedures, the first time when they removed it the nurse filled my bladder with saline so that I would immediately void my bladder and move out anything that was in my urethra due to the catheter. It was an interesting experience to say the least, feeling the cooler than body temp liquid going into my bladder, and she must have gotten a little air in there too because when I was done peeing I basically farted out of my penis, that was very weird! -

I have used a catheter to empty a bladder, but never to fill it or prevent it from emptying. It seems to me that filling it or preventing it from emptying could be dangerous. Having said that, I do remember when I was younger I took an empty shampoo bottle and cleaned it out. Then I filled it with water and put it against my penis, squeezed the bottle, and felt it fill my urethra. If I squeezed the bottle hard enough, it would backfill into my bladder. I filled my bladder a couple of times that way. Thinking about it now, I was very lucky that I didn't end up with a bladder infection. -
My silly fantasy is when my wife is desperate to pee, having her lay on her back, or standing, I take a catheter and put it in her pee hole. As the pee starts coming out I take the end of the catheter in my mouth and start drinking her pee at my leisure. That way I don't miss a drop like I do when she pees in my mouth and can't stop when my mouth gets full.

I'm well aware of the dangers of over-extending the bladder and preventing it from naturally voiding. Has anyone used a catheter to force desperation, or to fill their bladder up (with something sterile!) so they quickly become desperate? I'm into desperation play, and using a catheter to let the pressure build up with the urethra "plugged" appeals, but interested in any experiences. Several months ago I was in the hospital and had to get a bladder ultrasound, I had a catheter inserted into my bladder that they clamped so that I physically couldn't pee, I also was on IV fluids which made me need to pee very often. The one time I was in the hospital, my nurse came in and I could tell she was bursting, the clenched legs etc. She knew my bathroom was clean as I was bedridden. She looks at my chart & I ask her "you ok? You seem fidgety tonight!" She says "I gotta pee so bad" I tell her "well there's a toilet that hasn't been touched by a human in 4 days, help yourself!" She did and I heard what must've been a massive stream. I had a catheter in but I still got aroused LOL! She was the same nurse that took the catheter out a couple days later and helped me use the urinal. Bliss.

Go to a medical device store or Google urine measurement devices for toilets. Call a local durable medical equipment supplier in your locale if needed. These places sell stuff like wheelchairs, canes, catheter supplies and urine measurement devices. I was unable to get a photo uploaded to this site.
