I asked my GP about this and was told that there was the option of circumcision if the foreskin was so tight that, say, sex was always painful, and there is also the option of a frenectomy (cutting the frenulum) if the real reason for problems pulling back the foreskin is that the frenulum is too short. This is a difficult one for me to answer really. I love being peed on and I am genuinely not sure if it's the idea of degradation that lies behind that love.
