Sometimes I've peed near women who are already peeing.  They have never had an issue with it, often it makes them more comfortable.   I don't go and stand right next to them or anything, but say 10m away or something that feels like a respectful distance.    For example there was one time when I saw two ladies go into a wide alley.  I went down there after them and saw them squatted to the left side.   They saw me coming and one looked embarrassed, cut her flow and jumped up.    I said "Don't worry, I'm only here for the same thing" and walked past them, then stood and peed against a bin on the other sides, but facing the road, so I could still see them and they had a good view of me.   The less embarrassed of the two ladies said to the other "It's fine, he is only here to pee too." and the other girl relaxed, resumed her squat and finished her pee.

They were from a salvage yard, so I imagine they were most likely going for scrap anyway.  probably left unlocked because they had taken the batteries off them so the central locking didn't work.
