Woke up early as it's Monday and work was calling. I went out for a little bike ride this morning with every intention of having a little bit of fun while I was out, but sadly as I woke up late I knew by the time I got home everybody else would be up. 6 mile run this morning, my 1st for a few weeks. I've now got 12 weeks to get some 6 to a half. I worked it out that if I do an extra half mile each week I will be at 12 miles just before the event. That should be fine shouldn't it? @kupar @Sophie when is your half @James_erased?
