I can strongly recommend a visit to any continental European naturist beach, or an organised social naturist event, to help anyone with body confidence issues. Not only will you see a huge range of body types, but you will be among a completely accepting and non-judgemental group of people. A bit like PeeFans really 🙂

Thanks for this. If my correspondents on here are anything to go by I would say there are many of us who have to deal with various issues around our mental health - some relatively minor (and I would count myself among those) and some more difficult to cope with. One of the great things about the PeeFans community is how many kind and understanding people there are - and that sense of community and the friendships it can create are a support to me and I think to some others. I agree with you about physical activity - and also long walks in the countryside. They always help me.

Oh - she is special! And what a great photo - I'd have loved to watch that shoot 🙂 !

It's a stretch. I agree with Sophie that it needs a few weeks if training to get the stamina up. You can't really rush it either because it's best not to push the distance up too quickly.
