In the UK there is a website crudely called UK Punting with escort reviews and links to their pages on places like adultwork and so on. The advantage of that review site is that you can find out if an escort is reliable, and more importantly not reliable so you are not taking any risks.

I have used escorts occasionally for pee fun, mainly them peeing on me, and use that side to vet them before contacting them.

I guess there will be similar review sites for many countries so for me that would be a starting point to find an escort.

I guess it depends a lot on what you mean by sustaining it?   If you would consider just entertaining a few clients on an adhoc basis and treat is as an enjoyable pursuit that brings you a bit of extra cash then I'm sure you could make that work.  If you meant to make enough to be a full time income, then that would be more difficult.  

The biggest problem would be making sure that your boundaries are set and that they are observed.  As per @gldenwetgoose's comment above, unfortunately some people out there would not treat an escort respectfully and that could lead to some situations that at best are uncomfortable and could lead to much worse.   It is always going to be difficult to find the right clients and be sure of their intentions and approach before the event.

Totally agree with @Alfresco there.  The term Escort is definitely one of the nicer terms for what is apparently the oldest profession on earth.  In the UK a good few years ago Billie Piper had a starring role in a TV series as a classy escort and had quite a positive impact on the general public idea of the profession.

As we and @ukpeegirl86 have all touched on, it is a somewhat niche thing when the boundaries between pee services and other areas are put in place.  Perhaps if it were to be pursued on the basis of additional 'pocket money' rather than a dependable regular income then considering it as a Therapeutic Treatment for those of our unique persuasion, and marketing only in appropriate places would be a viable approach.  That could certainly help to ensure a suitable client base, with less risk of undesirable consequences.  

On the question of local sustainability, that is certainly a dependency if the service is provided at the host's premises. In the event that the service is specialised enough it's not unreasonable to think that a suitable client would pay travel expenses as part of their fee.

Would I subscribe to such a service on that basis?    Well, never say never...
