My urethra looks almost like a tiny little mini slit. For me it greatly changes. If I get the feeling in public or something I will at most do a gentle sliding of my finger up and down my slit outside my clothing, so it kind of required tight clothes but I wouldn't do anything too suspicious. In public toilets, it depends on how clean they are. I'm not as germaphobic as a lot of people are because I have to pee so much and it's not really an option for me to not use a bathroom when I go into one but I do slightly different things depending on the situation. Clean toilet: If everything in the stall is clean I will sit on the toilet but usually try to stay a little forward so that my pee isn't extremely loud and also so I'm not touching as much of the seat. It depends on how we pee I assume like @spywareonya For me, I usually have a long interrupted pee at the beginning of my pee and then near the end, my stream will stop and then I will pee in a few shorter segments before I'm finished. Sometimes when I'm really desperate I will have a break midstream. My bladder will explode and then naturally clamp itself shut around halfway through and I will have to push to start the stream again sometimes. It's not all the time though so idk.
