I've done that in pubs and on trains in the past... not for a few years now though

Back in the mid 2000s I used to hit this neighborhood bar after work, followed by a nearby late night pizza place after closing time. One night, a little after three, I was at the pizza place, sitting alone, eating my post bar slices, when I heard this whispering and giggling from another booth. It was just across the aisle, and one up, from mine. I worked near a college campus so there were usually drunk students around on the weekends. And on that night there were four of them within earshot. Three girls and one guy, whispering among themselves (but still loud enough for me to hear) about how one of them had to pee immediately. Unfortunately, the sole bathroom was out of order. And now the desperate girl was contemplating pissing under the table, with her three companions gleefully encouraging her.

The guys behind the counter were distracted by the other loud, drunken customers clamoring for pizza. Nobody was really paying attention to the six booths; only two of which were occupied. One of the non-desperate girls was pleading her case beautifully.  

"You're not even wearing underwear. Oh my God, it's so easy. I've totally done it before. Trust me, nobody's gonna notice."

The denim around my nether regions was compromised, barely containing the uprising that not even bourbon could weaken. And then... the two non-desperate girls extolled the virtues of going commando in a dress because you could "pee pretty much anywhere, and get away with it."

The guy nodded along, laughing. He seemed impressed, though not sexually.

I cannot begin to describe the five alarm fire that was consuming me from within. Meanwhile, the four of them were so plastered I'm not even sure they noticed me sitting nearby?

I began to eat my slices evermore slowly, for I did not want to miss seeing the flood gates open all over the floor. The desperate girl was sitting in the seat close to the aisle, with her back to me. And for the next 15 minutes she went back and forth, peeling up her dress, and scooting her butt to the edge of the seat with urinary intent. In response, the girl across from her would move her legs sideways to avoid getting hit by the stream. But sadly enough, the stream was never released.

After about twenty minutes of will she or won't she? The place was flooded with new drunk people, putting in their final orders before closing time. The booths filled up, and one group noticed I was almost finished and really wanted the booth I had all to myself. 

I went home that night aching from the question unanswered. Remembering the girl with the sly smile, bragging about her history of soaking the carpet, just because it was easy. Confident that she would never be caught. And daring me to dream of all the other places she may have left her mark?

I generally prefer to just wet the seat I am sitting on, but I have sat on the edge of the seat and peed on to the carpet when I did not want to get my skirt wet, and I have also just stood at the bar and peed down my legs. It is an easy thing to do.

Yes they do, and the place can be brightly lit too! I love peeing under restaurant tables onto carpets. Just move undies aside, and let penis out of leghole of shorts, completely hidden from view by the legs. It's even better wearing a skirt. Just be careful of sight lines so the stream can't be seen. Booths are pretty safe places. Also be careful of the noise your stream makes... I have had people turn their heads toward me when I peed too strongly. I like to be discreet so that I can get away with doing it often. I don't want to get banned from my favourite pub that I like to visit two or three times a week! I wear open heels and fishnet stockings so that if I pee gently down my legs there is nothing to see when I am standing on carpet. If I am on a hard surface I just step away from the puddle when I am done and it is just another spilt drink to whoever mops up. I will typically drink two to four pints of cola in the pub, and I will never vist the ladies room so it will all end up on the floor or in the upholstery (stay till closing time and the seat will be dry before the pub opens up again!)

I started wetting in public by accident, I peed outside once and inadvertently soaked my stockings, and found that when I went in the pub all the pee drained out of my stockings and soaked in to the carpet making it squishy - I just realised that a bit more pee won't hurt, and that was the start. I just tucked my legs under the seat and peed on the back of my legs when I wanted to pee for the rest of the evening - the carpet was already wet, my stockings were already wet, and there was nothing to see! Fishnet stockings really are a wonder garment.

I got more comfortable with properly wetting myself by going to the cinema and letting my pee soak through my skirt in to the seat, and going clubbing where it is dark. It is a great way to build confidence. I have done it loads of times on park benches etc., where I have peed out of the leg of my shorts.   As @Paulypeeps says, misdirection is often the key.   Most people don't even look at someone sitting on a bench in a park, especially if that person is looking at their phone or reading a paper or looking through their bag for something, so a quick pee off the front of the seat is easy to pull off.

I have done it in a pub where I have wet the upholstered bench seat behind a table whilst eating my lunch.   Nobody is going to detect that one, but the problem for men in trousers is that you end up with wet trousers, so a long coat is required for when you get up, otherwise your very wet patch makes it obvious as you leave the establishment.  Ladies definitely have the advantage here as a short skirt and no underwear makes peeing on the seat or even off the edge of the seat very easy with no wet clothes to worry about afterwards.

She is aware of my interest in pee, but she is not aware of this particular experience.  She has no problem with me peeing outside or in the shower etc or in the garden and she will indulge me with some of that herself, but I think some of the things I do would be beyond her acceptance so I don't tell her.
