 I am below average. 
About 2 inches soft, 4.5 inches hard.

I too am small (maybe 2.5 soft) and I love all sizes of boobs, AA up to DD. Someone once told  me,  I forget whether male or female, that what you lack in size, both dicks and tits, you make up for in brain knowledge. In other words, God gave you a larger and smarter brain, in lieu of penis, or boobs, size.
