Virginia Beach is not the place to meet. They are very anti public urination. They arrest you for public indecency, fine you a hefty fine, then you get put on the sex offenders list.  So public peeing around here is not very fun. I need to find a nicer place for my outdoor fun.

@Sweets That sounds scary! I don't have any experience of other countries but feel that New Zealand is great for outdoor urination as it's scenic, relatively unpopulated, quite liberal, and there are always lots of tourists peeing everywhere anyway. Hmmmmmm....... this could provide me with quite good cover - I've got long blonde hair and big tits so I might practice my fake German accent a bit. If I get caught doing a pee somewhere naughty I can just flutter my eyelashes and say, "Oh, I'm sorry officer - Is this not normal in NZ? In Germany we just piss EVERYWHERE. Have you not seen our porn?" If this doesn't work I will plead with him, "Please don't arrest me, you can piss in my mouth if you let me go!"

On second thoughts, I might just go straight to plan B 😜

Germany sounds like the place to be! And yeah I have noticed how much pee porn has come out of Germany over the decades.

Mind you, you are being seriously rivalled by the Czechs of late. So methinks perhaps the Czech Republic might be worth a visit too.

You could be on to something there vpw, going by the Galician series of videos there seems to be a very casual and relaxed view to outdoor peeing.

@steve25805 Just to clarify, I meant pretending to be German could be good camouflage for my outdoor peeing and scent marking - I'm really a NZer 🙂

We are quite an outdoorsy place and many locals and sightseers just relieve themselves outside (both pee and worse) so there are frequently articles in the media complaining about 'freedom campers' using the country as their toilet. It is a genuine concern particularly in some popular tourist spots and they are working on solutions...

This got me thinking about my original idea; if I was apprehended and neither of my plans above worked, I would be faced with a fine or community service. I really like being pissed on so my 'punishment' could be to put me to use in a scenic area as a public urinal........ be part of the solution as they say.

But I would probably enjoy it so much (at least in my ideal fantasy version) that when my sentence had been completed I would go and pee somewhere very obvious just so I would be caught and made to 'serve the community' again 😜

@PissingBlonde I just hope they don't treat repeat offenders too harshly.

It would be just my luck when I come to visit, you're no longer a public urinal, but breaking rocks or on a litter detail somewhere.

In Germany you'll usually just get a fine of a few €, i think minimum 35 depending on the city,  if you let yourself get caught. 

You'd have to be very brazen to get more punishment but it's possible. In theory.

Practically it is not THAT big of a deal.

Actually the fine for pissing in the streets in Germany would be € 50,-. But in reality the police has better things to do. Specially in the city centers you see pissing guys everywhere and all the time. Don't know what the girls do...

As I have lived in the Netherlands for some years, I can asure you, there is public pissing kind of national sports.

But yes, Germany is quite liberal in case of lets piss together somewhere. 🙂

Depends if you mean pissing outdoors friendly or excepted in sex. 

Peeing in a public street I don't believe is encouraged anywhere lol and probably frowned upon by the none loving locals (maybe adds to the taboo) but fines might be less some places than others. 

As for sex as others have mentioned Germany seems to have a larger following for pee. However, many South East Asian countries have a very relaxed attitude to sex and pretty much follow what the man wants.

The UK seems friendly enough with regards to pissing. 

There seems to be plenty of city Centre open urinals. It's rather free at festivals. Everyone pees in the open and even the toilet areas are rather open. 

Romania might be another bet, I've seen plenty of the Eastern European really public pees with people walking past.
