Another 30 miles done today, slowly but surely going to burn off the weight I gained over Christmas. Don't know why I thought it was a good idea to wear my fingerless gloves, my hands are freezing! Still haven't fully thawed out yet. Had another outdoor wee after finally finding somewhere private to pee. There might be a post about it but I'm not making any promises.

Team GB cyclists were encouraged to keep it natural downstairs. It acts as a natural cushion and helps prevent saddle sores. Personally I am shaven, keeping only a landing strip. Not because of athletics, just personal preference.

My favourite type of underwear to wet in depends on if anyone is going to see it or not. ie, if I am wetting jeans or not. I started 2024 with a nice wee! I was woken up this morning by my husband getting out of bed and after laying there for a few minutes I decided it would be a good idea to get up myself. After how much fun I had last year (has it been a whole year already?!) I went out on the bike with my daughter and generally just pootled around mostly in Tesco car park! 🤣 I got up to my usual mischief, wheelies, riding down steps, finding every puddle I could... I got in a fight with a bush (I think I won!) I absolutely love empty car parks! What an awesome way to spend a couple of hours.
