To be honest, I can't even remember the first time I saw K (my wife) pee - it just seem to have been something that has always been there - we've always been very open with each other, and it's only really since I have been a member here that I have realised that this isn't the same for everyone.

There's discretion that can be applied, within guidelines, by the judge. And they'll take a lot of things into account. But sure, their own moral code probably has a subtle influence. I don't know whether the sentence will be reported in the papers though ... they've had their sensationalist story out of the case. Certainly if she's given some hours of community service and a suspended 2 month prison sentence they probably won't bother to tell us. And no - I have no idea (except that the maximum sentence is a six-month jail term according to the article).

I restarted my running this morning - the first time since 4 June! It was warm, so it was just a gentle run / walk / run set of intervals (1mi / 0.1) with running at a leisurely 8:30 / mile. But I am really glad I got out as I have a half marathon in early September so I really need to get back to regular training. I am sure my quads will feel it in the morning. Peeing on my morning run I peed on my run this morning. It’s been pretty warm here the last few days – this morning it was 22 degrees when I set out with a warm breeze from the south. I ditched the running vest early on, carrying it round instead of wearing it. So I was left wearing socks and shoes and a pair of shorts. That’s it. I was doing run / walk / run intervals. Just thinking... if this is simplified, you're going to need excellent colour vision for the complex one! Wonder how many confused / disappointed colour-blind people there are in the relevant communities lol?
