Pissing inside a vagina? Dangerous or not?

Recommended Posts

"Men must never piss while they're fucking a woman, with their cock actually inside her vagina, because it's dangerous and can make her sick." - True or not?

This may very well be a naive question, but it's something I heard when I was at school and I've always wondered if it's true. Putting aside the fact that it's quite difficult (though not impossible) to piss while one has an erection, is it really so dangerous to piss inside a woman? Or is it simply something that people don't do?

Of course, an extension to this question would involve the safety or otherwise of one woman pissing directly into another woman's open cunt. I can imagine that happening in a certain kind of acrobatic porn - one woman doing a shoulder stand and holding her pussy open while the other straddles her and pees directly into it. But I don't think I've ever seen any porn like that.

Yes it is dangerous because pee is a waste product. It can throw off PH levels in the vagina and leave people more susceptible to infections like BV.

I'd never let anyone pee inside of me ever.

Thanks for replying, Bacardi. What you say is actually what I'd more or less assumed in general, but I'd never had it confirmed. Of course, I didn't know about vaginal PH levels when I was a schoolboy and heard the advice not to do it for the first and only time. Hence the mystery for me. I thought it was probably dangerous but didn't know why. So thanks for the clarification.

My first thought was that it will carry a risk but probably not a massive one compared to a lot of other kinky practices, especially if its very dilute pee.

Found an interesting article on the topic below. Jist is that it could pose an infection risk by interfering with pH levels but if not massively susceptible to infection then probably OK.

Thanks very much for that, Pontepee. It's an interesting, detailed, informative article.

"As an alternative, you could always try peeing on her instead of in her. It's not the same, but it's completely safe."

I found that bit very sexy, given that it comes from a medical expert.

"The bottom line: As long as you're both infection-free, you only do it occasionally, and your wife doesn't experience any irritation from it, you're probably in the clear."

So a very cautious go-ahead. However, I still accept what Bacardi said. Even a small risk of catching a nasty vaginal infection would be a very good reason not to do it. So, as the doctor lady said, why not piss on your wife instead of in her? 🙂

Dated a nurse who would nol let me pee in her vagina, but anal was just fine with her and let me say how freakin' hot that was! It was so tight though my pee would be choked off until we both relaxed a bit and I got the head in deep enough so it wasn't pinched off.

It’s a pretty tricky thing.   Urine is for the most part sterile.   If the guy is in excellent health and very very hydrated there would be minimal risk.  But if he in not hydrated his urine could be to acid or if he doesn’t have a healthy kidney function it could cause a very nasty infection.  The one time I let my ex pee on the outside I got an infection.   So it would be a no for me even though it seems like it would feel great.   If your a lab technician you could test before hand lol.

Can't say that I can really answer this question.  However, when I was in high school I distinctly remember overhearing a very much related conversation.  A girl who was on the verge of being a slut / slutty said to a girl who was very much a slut / slutty "Some of those guys have got to be peeing in you," the very slutty girl responded "some probably are; it feels good so whatever."  I can only conclude by that response that she never got an infection...

I know it's not recommended, but I want to try it at least once. I'm willing to take the risk to experience it.

I wouldn't make it a regular practice.

I’m with you. I would like to try it.

My wife and I have done this many times before. Not anymore and I don't need it either. Was a lot of fun and there were no consequences for us. But now that we are older that has stopped.

Think if I were to suggest it again to do that it's not going to happen 🤣

My wife is super not into pee play. I've asked her to try it a few times and it's always a hard no. But one time recently, during sex, I mentioned it, and she said something like "I don't even think it's possible."

I said "I'm pretty sure I could pee right now. Do you want to see if I can?" (I was inside her at the time). She rolled her eyes, and said "whatever" (or similar). So I tried, and it worked. I only peed a little, kind of a squirt. I asked her if she could feel it, and she said no. It felt weird. It was definitely wetter, more "sloshy." But it wasn't a huge turn-on for me because I knew she wasn't into it.

It made a small, slightly wetter-than-normal spot on our towel, but other than that it was somewhat forgettable, honestly. She didn't make a big deal of it, so I didn't either.

My wife is a medical professional, so has come into contact with bodily fluids a lot - it's not a big deal to her. She didn't have any adverse effects from being peed in.

balance of hard enough to be inside, but soft enough to let the pee go!

Thi's my prob. If I wait, still inside, for a short period after I've cum then it's soft enough to pass the pee but still hard enough to stroke in and out which feels wonderful while your letting your urine flow.  The pussy also relaxes during this time too.

Also in reply to vaginal safety issue it's possible to pee inside a condom while deep inside the vagina, then carefully withdraw without spilling it although it's hard to do.  The condom will contain all the pee. Or  just use two if you're worried. nd-
