I don't think they are necessarily trying to appeal to pee fans. They are trying to appeal to any pervert who wants to watch people bare their bottom to use the toilet or strip to take a shower or bath. I don't have a problem with peeing outside, as long as you are not destroying someone's personal property without permission. For example peeing in someone's vegetable garden would be a hard no. For me it depends on whether the body odor is fresh or stale. For instance, a person who has just worked out and smell of fresh sweat is a turn on for me.
