The easiest way is to find a stall for your own. Just lock the door and have fun. You always get away with your mess. If you want to avoid loud splashing, you can pee against the wall or on the closed lid. Feel free to do whatever you want.

I have to confess, that I like it as well. In public toilets I often pee on the toilet roll dispenser or directly on the paper roll if it’s installed on a simple holder.
