As a penis owner (cannot stop laughing at this term), I'd point out that my own grip would be coming from a different angle than the skilled independent technician who would be either to the side of or behind the penis owner. This could effect optimum technique. For proper science, they'd each need to try using the grip the other finds optimal with the observer(s) comparing any change in effectiveness. I live in a large city where drinking is a popular pastime and pretty much any time there's a street festival or parade, you'll see people peeing in alleys. I've also been to bars that were busy and had one person at a time restrooms with lines that were way too long. It's not unusual to see people using the alleys around those. Straight guy here. It's only interesting when it's in interaction with women. Men and women peeing together, women helping guys pee (or guys helping women pee), things like that are incredibly hot, but I think it's probably due to the comfort level of the women in the situation. Otherwise while it doesn't bother me, it holds no interest for me.

It's more about the woman than about the cup size. The hottest girl I've ever known was almost completely flat chested - less than an A-cup (she once told me she rarely bothered with a bra).
