I don't know if there's more to this story than the paragraph quoted above, but based on this paragraph, I'm not sure you can conclude that Trump is a pee fan. The phraseology suggests that his motivation in getting the sex workers to pee on the bed was his hatred of the Obamas ("defiling the bed where they had slept"). It's not clear that he did any more than watch them ("perform a 'golden showers' (urination) show in front of him").

I'm self-employed, which is good in a lot of ways, but a downside is that every day is potentially a work day!

Thanks GNG! If a woman is standing to pee, an upward tilt could be quite useful, because it would push the stream out in front of her, rather than down at her feet.

A website, Power-Pissing.com, has clips of women peeing forcefully. I was watching a clip which has a close up of a woman forcing her pee out and I noticed that as she bears down, her urethra tilts upwards. Tilting could be a nuisance in some circumstances. For example, it could lead to a woman peeing over the toilet seat, rather than into the bowl.

As an Aussie who visits the UK regularly, I've watched the debate with interest. I've found elements of the debate quite surreal and disconnected from reality. Sad as it might be, and despite what Boris Johnson and others say, Britain's empire is long gone. Those who advocated leaving the EU don't seem to get that, or appreciate that as a result, the UK is better off in the EU than out of it. Anyway, the majority have voted to leave, so it'll be interesting to see how that plays out.
