Firstly, the internet as a whole is slower right now. People have less free time, and the little tree time they get they'd rather watch the news or do something more important than watch YouTube or spend hours looking at porn. Lastly, your content is blocked behind a paywall. I cannot enter the video gallery without a Gold membership and while I'd love to support the site and watch your sexy videos, I dont have the means right now. Since there are no teasers currently on the site (that I can find), there is little incentive to get a gold membership to watch your videos. Also, the video gallery is kinda far down the page, if it had a higher position it might get looked at more.

So, the solution. Try making some good teaser content. Use one of your videos you've already filmed, maybe your most popular one, maybe two or three preferably, and make them free to view. Let people get a really good idea of the sexiness they are signing up for! You could make these be in the peefans site itself, or if you really wanted some exposure you could post them to pornhub or one of the other big tube sites like xvideos. If you did that I could do my best to help promote you as well, I'm on just about every site out there so if you wanted I could repost your videos all over the place. 

If you did this it would be a good idea to put a watermark in the video, like in the corner, somewhat small and relatively unobtrusive but easily legible, that has your name (spywareonya) and peefans.com on it. This would bring many people to the site in search of your videos, and would bring you a lot of popularity especially if the video got upwards of 30/40K views which can happen if you're lucky and pornhub's algorithm decides to slap it on the front page of search results for 'piss'.

I know spy was very against the idea of sharing her videos on any other sites when the topic was last mentioned, although I do agree that would bring more people to peefans and consequently more people to view and like spy's posts.  

As for free videos of spy, there are definitely a few.There's one literally on the gold page for starters: https://peefans.com/gold and I'll link to another one below too. But just to be clear I believe spy is talking about likes to posts on the forums (both the text posts and original picture posts, none of which is behind any kind of paywall anyway). 🙂

You are spot on. 

The general 'who is online' list shows any logged in user who has switched page on the site within the last 30 mins.  This is because someone could still be online even if they havent switched page recently (I.e. writing a thread, reading a story etc). However this does mean there are some stale usernames too (but after 30 mins without switching page, they're marked as fully offline). However, the list SHOULD be in order, so you can see who is only very recently (and if you hover over their username, it should tell you exactly how many mins ago they were active). So the first half of the list will be the people actively browsing right this minute. (Of course, this only includes logged in users, the majority of people browsing the site are not logged in / registered).

But as you correctly pointed out, there's a specific list of who is online in the chatbox. This was added to give a more accurate representation of the chat. Once again, the most active will be at the top of the list.  And you also correctly pointed out that people only show in the chat list if they have had the chat window open very recently. I am not sure of the exact time, but we are talking a couple of minutes. (Now bear in mind they may have scrolled past chat or opened it accidentally, they may not be reading it, but the list is a much more accurate representation of who has been looking at the chat specifically).

So the 'chat' online list should always be shorter, as there'll be plenty of people online who haven't opened/looked at the chat within the last few minutes.

@steve25805 summed it up perfectly. Contributions to the site definitely aren't always financial. You should never feel guilty at all for not donating , especially when you are adding to it in terms of activity here. 

The recent pushes for new gold members have simply been because membership has (understandably) dropped due to coronavirus implications. The pushes are only aimed at people who wouldn't hugely notice the £5 a month  (but get a lot out of the site), -I completely understand it's not an option for everyone though and that's no issue at all, you are definitely not being a drag in any way. 

Yeah, a few things have been temporarily disabled in order to try and fix an issue the site's currently having, they should hopefully be back soon. 🙂 

Yeah, that sounds good! You can create a separate thread for the stories, and then a different thread for pee poetry. 🙂 

Private messages you sent or received within the last 24 hours have likely been lost due to a technical error.

I recently made a post explaining how due to coronavirus, gold membership rates had dropped, and asked if anyone was able to either donate or upgrade to help support the site.

One person came forward (who was already a gold member!) and a huge thank you to them... however the lack of interest meant we downgraded our backup settings slightly since we cannot afford the 'best' any more.

This means that when this most recent error happened, we had to reset things 24 hours. Pms sent in the last 24 hours cannot be recovered, so please re-send if it was important.

Due to current funding, we are unfortunately scaling the backup back further, so if this happens again please expect a month of posts or private messages to be lost. So please be prepared for that if we are unable to raise the funds we need.

Once we have a few more gold members / people donating (any amount is appreciated), we will re-upgrade it again. If you are able to help at all, please just drop me a message or upgrade to gold.

@lovestoseepee is exactly correct.

This used to be a feature available to everyone, but since attachments are the biggest site cost, a while back I decided to limit attachments in conversations to gold/staff only.

All members can obviously added attachments to their public posts.

And also, all members can still send images in private messages, you just have to import it from a URL. So if you are trying to 'upload' a new image, you'd have to upload it to somewhere like imgur.com and then link to it.

For the privacy and convenience of uploading directly to peefans, you'd need to be a gold member. 

Gold members also get all other PM limits removed, so they can send unlimited pm's, get unlimited storage space, and even have private live chats. 🙂

Hm, just had a look at the chat and when I click an image it does open it in a box at a larger size. And all the photos loaded for me too, although perhaps the refresh issue is just for the person posting the picture? Do you know if it's specifically gifs or all images that problem happens?

A couple of tweaks made, let's see how the sites manages tonight when it gets busy again. As always, any updates/reports would be very helpful as otherwise I'll likely miss any issues. Thanks. 🙂

I believe it is simply a case of heavy server usage. ~200 people online at once, many of which opening pages full of images, some streaming videos, live chats etc 

I will see what I can do.

The 'open in popup' option is only available from the chat at the bottom of the homepage. Here are the ways to access chat:

> Scroll to bottom of homepage and there's a bigger version of it 

> Press 'chat' button in navigation and it will open a page with nothing but chat on it

> Open 'live chat' in corner of any page of peefans for a condensed version of chat whilst browsing sitre

> Scroll to bottom of homepage, press the three horizontal lines in corner, press 'open in popup' and you'll have a popup that you can resize to suit your needs (you could have it full screen if you want).

The fourth and final option on this list is the one you're referring to. You just need to open the popup from the main chat on the homepage, rather than the mini chat in the corner. 

Please use this thread to report ANY times you cannot access the site, or it is particularly slow loading.  (starting from now)

I have made some tweaks and am hoping they help, but all feedback would be very appreciated, even if just to say that things have been running smoothly. 🙂

The more info/reports I have, the more chance it can be resolved quickly.

Hm, sorry to hear that, it's faster for me if anything, but it seems like it's not cooperating well with Apple/Safari.

Could you try clearing your cache just to make sure there's nothing left over from the old chat thats interfering?
