Hi everyone...

It has been three months since I have last officially posted, I have made a few messages in the staff room related to moderation matters but since July I haven't really been here. I have been struggling with my mental health quite badly for a number of reasons and I just haven't been myself at all, I have had no enjoyment of the things I used to love, no motivation to do anything, no motivation to visit this site. I would log in, check any messages and reports and log out again.

I want to apologise for my absence and just leaving without saying anything, causing you to worry about me. it was very wrong of me and for that I am sorry. I also want to say a massive thank you for all the messages I have received asking about me. It means a lot knowing you care.

I am going to slowly ease myself back into the forum, but I just wanted to let you know that I am okay.

I know what your going through ,I was in a deep state of depression and could not get any help , the religious commune did not believe in doctors or pills ,  I had to suffer through it all for years ,  When I met Wayne he literally saved me life , took me away from that  miserable life and showed me a new world .I feel for you and I understand what your going through . it hurts and you feel so alone . All I can do is extend a hand in friendship and stand with you ... I'll pray for you

So sorry to hear you are feeling this way, dear Sophie.   I have been there in the past,  and know those dreadful feelings that nothing is worthwhile any more and that there is no more joy in life.   I promise you that you can find a way through this,  and it will pass.  

Never forget that there are people all over the world who care about you,   and tell yourself every day that a time will come when you feel good again.  You are a kind,  honest, loving, and thoroughly decent person,  and you absolutely deserve a life filled with happiness, delight, love and joy.
