I couldn't agree more on that. Fake desperation ruins the whole magic of the situation. All in all I don't like it either. However, there are situations where it makes the video much better but it all depends on the scenario. For example if the scene consists in only filming the model getting increasingly desperate, and it's a real, not staged one (like some B2B videos) I don't mind the talking as long as they have a normal conversation and he asks the model about her situation (how bad she needs to pee, etc.), that makes it quite interesting and also exciting to watch ... Great that this thread is coming back to life a bit because two nights ago I kind of "confessed" my best friend about it. I want to visit places as well and if I do it I try to avoid turist attractions because I don't want to feel lika a turist myself, so I always search for the "hidden gems" that only locals know about ... I am lucky enough to live (in my opinion) in one of the most beautiful places on earth, or at least in europe, I LOVE my home but unfortunately over the past 10 years this area got more and more popular (also thanks to social media) among turists and every summer (also winter, but not as bad) there are millions and millions of people that come to visit my place, without even really respecting its beauty. I've never been picky when it comes to stuff like this. For me each of these "looks" are appealing in their own way so if you are shaven, trimmed or natural I don't mind. But ... 😝 ... when it comes to peeing I always prefered a shaved vagina more. I don't know exactly why but probably because I like to see how the pee stream comes out of the urethra, which is not easy to observe when there's a bit to much hair.

I always enjoyed watching it, mostly because it's such a bizzare event where it's so much fun (and easy) to tell jokes about the contestants and the event itself, and even though 90% of the songs are pure crap there are always a couple of great acts that stand out which make the competition worth watching. However, the constant political influence is definetly an annoying feature that makes the event less and less attractive even though this year I think they managed to keep everything much "cleaner" than in the past editions, the only heavy political thing that stood out was, as you said
