Currently seeing an 81 year old but sadly she is not interested in watersports fun nor in sharing me with the other oldies in her residential block. A 93 year old. I am not in the slightest bit insanely jealous of you.

I have looked at an annual swingers festival which had a watersports area. Never actually visited there...... Yet. I have been to some smaller watersports parties.

Am regularly walking for 20 to 30 minutes again but still no sign of running.

In happier times I have been discussing with someone who inspires me my plans for my first ever half at the end of Summer 2023.

Had a request from a female friend who I am sadly unlikely to meet given her distance from me to take some photos peeing in my car. She approves so hope these entertain.

Great scenery and lovely peaceful route. No nipping off to pee opportunities though with the tail walker always in sight. Fortunately I was still relatively dehydrated from the previous night's session for it not to be an issue this time.

We made it around. My poor friend was so unpracticed due to being ill and a busy family life that I nearly killed her, but am well proud of her completing it.

Panic. My running buddy is not feeling great. So if she bails on me I will want to post sub One Hour but haven't practiced at all on the basis we were aiming for 90 Minutes together. Of course she might drag herself along to walk it which means taking longer and more pee stops. Final weather forecast is 23 degrees moderate Southerly winds and cloudy so ideal in my opinion.

I have a work wife who knows everything about me. Sadly it will never get any further with her but it is a most comforting relationship.

We are going to be be stragglers spaced out at the back. I might try and persuade against it ha ha ha

This is my lifetime daydream and something I dream of on occasion. Very jealous.

What an excellent way to unwind after work and thanks to K for permitting the sharing.

Route checked. 7 to 8k in is a country lane with no vehicles permitted and trees / hedges all about so looks ideal for me. Whether I can persuade my female colleague to join me is another matter indeed lol. Sadly the weather is a lot cooler now so my hopes of her drinking pints to combat the heat and failing to hold are long gone. The only hope I have is how slow she is means we will be out for far longer than anyone would anticipate for a 10k which might just be long enough especially with the water stop at 5k.

Just 9 Days till my first 10k run and still haven't checked the route for pee stops en route.
