Diuretics (e.g. tea, coffee, certain medications) help incr urination. Personally I'd suggest green tea or herbal teas for their health benefits.

I think that more guys would do so if they thought they could get away with it or wouldn't be judged for doing so. When I see other guys doing so or even notice that someone has clearly peed there earlier I'm much more comfortable doing so myself knowing that other guys have done so. I think it makes it more acceptable.
