I sort of think there are perhaps two issues that you're seeing the effects of:

- I posted the other day a bit of my thinking regarding the 'free' hosting sites like Pornhub, Eroprofile and clips on Youtube, where pee content from unverified publishers is getting removed.  My thoughts are that those hosts are falling under copyright legislation and obscenity law / moral pressure that it they don't conform they'll get blocked by the web providers and search engines.  So they would be invisible and hence not get visits.

- The other factor is one that annoys me with photographs and may well apply to video.   Technology and user demand has changed - once upon a time a studio would have equipment to produce content like nobody else could.  Now that studio is in your back pocket.   Try and find a new 'high quality' pee pic on the net.  And the days of the big name pee producing studios, as you say, have sadly gone.  Many of the clips and videos are sadly as you say, decades old, and photos are even older.

And there's only so many times a model in a fake house can pretend a bathroom door is locked before dribbling a bit in her jeans - without going and finding something / somewhere alternative.

But I believe there is new content - Manyvids for example - and I tend to think that what is happening is there's more of a self-produced market.  Manyvids, Clips4Sale, Erome, Chaturbate... and with it, a trend of better control.  So models do exist, and are creating new content any day.  But you have to pay for it, or be a member.  

And over time it may get leaked onto free channels, but hasn't yet done so - or those hosts are better able to protect the content from theft.

I don’t think girlspee is gone, they had been getting DDoS and recently moved to cloudfire DDoS protection, another website called Leo312 that publishes JAV content went the same way with the same hosting service (even the same message) but came back, it went down again later but is now back up. 
 

These sites are owned by hobbyists so I assume that the response will be delayed until they can get in contact and sort it out.

@gldenwetgoose has a really great point, he's 100% correct. All the current good amateur piss porn is on Manyvids, Fansly, Clips4Sale, and other paid fan sites. Yes, Twitter is a decent resource as well, surprisingly, but a lot of what you'll find is teasers for said paid content. 
 

In terms of free sites with good content, there's not a lot. Very few people are making good piss porn as a hobby, passion, or for fun these days and doing it for free. Reddit has a few, Thisvid has a couple, Twitter probably has the largest amount. Fetlife has a few as well but you’ve gotta pay to see the videos on that website. Porntrex is really damn good if you like the LegalPorno style of videos with 15 dudes pissing on one girl sitting in a puddle. They've got damn near everything, and a bit more from other studios.

Best thing I know of is that there's a couple of forums where people discuss and trade siterips of peoples' onlyfans, Fanslys, Patreons, and more. Watersports is not their main focus but both forums have threads dedicated to the topic.

I would pay to see some good voyeur pee a girls peeing on camera unawares of the camera , girls caught on cctv or ip camera or at fairs and carnavels new stuff since pissrip or girls pee are gone there is just no other options. I would even pay to see some updated mard-grass peeing.

I guess the factor that comes into play here:-  in the majority of progressive countries (and I'm thinking western Europe, America, Australia etc) recently passed laws have made voyeurism and publishing content from deliberately placed hidden cameras illegal.   At the moment we're still seeing carnival and festival outdoor peeing clips online, but for how much longer?   And people choosing to pee in sight of CCTV.

But the producers and hosts of those type of content will no doubt be considering their future prospects.

I totally agree with @gldenwetgoose concerning voyeur content. Not long ago, it used to be not really illegal to post pictures or video of people without their consent. The copyright was with the author of the work, i.e. the photographer, and it was hard to take down the pics someone took of you being in a funny / erotic but embarrassing / inappropriate situation. With the advent of social media, smartphone cameras and subsequently voyeur material going viral, law makers needed to act. GDPR puts significant protection in place for the EU people featuring in any picture, video (or even text), and the publisher must prove having obtained their approval. This is impossible for anything like beach, carnival or beer fest material.

The same wave of material that made law makers act seems to have provoked a shift in culture, too. At least I have the impression that people are no longer as relaxed as they used to, e.g. during festivals or vacations. Everything must always be instagrammable, you're always on. What happened during holidays used to remain there. Now it will follow you into your real everyday life. The really interesting time was the transitional period, when new technology enabled capturing the passing moments yet culture had not yet shifted to adapt. Those days are over...

I honestly think AI is probably going to be used to make a lot of pee and other niche fetishes in the future. I don’t think it’s going to die out per se but I do think at some point most pee content will be ai generated due it being a niche that probably isn’t really profitable to most sites. I don’t think it will replace all sites and probably won’t touch mainstream porn sites.

Although there is a lot of issues with this idea and I doubt it will happen for a while and this is all just based on my opinion, we don’t even have an uncensored AI video model yet, but I can see this happening in the next 5 years. I think you will probably see fetish videos for stuff that isn’t technically porn to most people, so stuff like smoking videos (For some reason, AI companies don’t have issues with smoking or drinking) and more bizarrely littering fetish videos or other things that have very small fetish communities before that. All it takes is some company to make an open source (uncensored) AI thing for video and you will probably get hundreds of dodgy “ai porn” sites like how there is for AI images now.

With smoking and “pedal pumping” - another technically not NSFW fetish where women start up or struggling to start up old cars - I only think these fetishes will be a thing due to AI, nobody will be smoking cigarettes in 10 years and all the cars will be turned to junk or in museums by then.
 

In terms of voyeur stuff, I don’t think it’s going to be going away anytime soon from more dodgy sites, if it exists then someone will host its but I can see why sites might not host it anymore. Most content now comes from Asia, seemly China or South Korea. I have actually looked into Chinese porn sites for a separate semi professional reason, most of the content is voyeur content, stolen Jav content or livestreams (although the live streams I have seen all seen like they are of Chinese or Asian trans women so I don’t know what is exactly happening there). 
 

Although this might be seen as a “yay AI post”, I do think this will happen at some point.

I do not mind supporting studios or amateur models that charges fees, especially if their content is good. As correctly pointed out, this industry is driven by economics... not by the amount of jizz produced sadly. People need to put food on the table and have bills to pay. Having said that, yes... they are being squeezed by the free producers and the freemiums (combining free and paid services) but the good thing is that there is diversity for the viewers' bank balances. 

But nevertheless, I do notice a few things that may contribute to the demise of the industry in certain areas... 

1. Production and operation costs in the Western Europe and US are higher and increasing, thus the cost to produce a movie is higher and this gets passed on to the consumers
2. The exchange rate (using USD as a benchmark) also causes these countries to lose out competitive edge when producing movies
3. Stricter laws means diversity is lessening... the earlier years SG-videos or Sneakypee series videos will not pass in today's legal environment. Even the Eastern European videos have started conforming of late, with newer productions having less of a 'public' feel and more controlled (i.e. studio setting). Jap porn is still pixelated
4. Professional pornstars (as opposed to amateurs) have limited things or activities that they are willing to do, which then limits the type of videos produced

I used to love the Sneakypee series... back when it was still in the #300 and above up to about the high #1000++. There were some really good models back then who understood spontaneity and were... less conscious of their portrayal onscreen; Clare, Tiffany, Morrigan, Lara, Holly Kiss, Tasmin. They had a few good others after that into the #2000s like Cherry Blush, Lissa Love and Vicki Powell but gone were the carefree days of the earlier production. 

Similarly for B2B... I had been on that site back when it was pure non-nude, just wetting only. I remembered Dave crowdfunding for the production of a movie in those early years. B2B eventually evolved, incorporated nudity, had multiple themes and though I was happy with the progress (I wanted the nudity), there were times when I miss what I termed as the Jayne years. You hardly see videos like An Afternoon Out with Jayne being produced anymore on the site, or even the ones with Jynx, Lola, or Lily (not sure if internal car wash of pee stains became expensive). Some of the later ones were good like featuring Becky, Carissa, Candles or Kendra but they just lacked the magic of the earlier years, or it was reducing over time at the very least. 

To some extent, managing market expectations can be a difficult thing (no right or wrong can be difficult) and this is were the studios lose out to amateur producers; amateur producers are able to produce more content at lower cost (thus lower selling price) that are to fulfill the more diverse demand.  So we'll see the shift. I do not know if the studios are willing to downscale to their earlier operations model, or if they are able too... but in my opinion, that would be a strategic thing to consider from the business side of things. 

My only peeve of the newer paysites like MV or even C4S is the extremely big file sizes... pretty soon, you'd need a personal datahub to store the accumulated porn over the years 😂 . But that is a discussion on a separate thread.

yeah i been noticing that too. i think it might have something to do with all the new security measures on pornhub and other sites getting more thorough verification and stuff and deleting so much content. it sucks that there was so much collateral from that even though its probably an effective way to crack down on and prevent illegal unmoral stuff that was ending up there. still though that cant be the entire problem im sure its just one factor contributing to this but ive definitely been noticing the same thing.
