A trough for 1 person?

I wish urinals has their own stalls with doors, it would help my anxiety so much!

Then again, I don't really use the men's room often anymore.

I've seen this type as well.  Seems a little odd to have a one person trough, but there again, I guess it is just a standard design made to any length.

I get your point on this, but I think that the main reasons that they are not equipped with doors are that (a) that would cost more and (b) it would take a lot more space (c) it would slow the process due to not being able to have as many people use the facilities in a given space simultaneously and due to the time of opening and closing the doors.    When urinals first started being used it was basically peeing on a wall with a gutter at the bottom.  Later they developed troughs and then individual urinals.  Some of the individual urinals have modesty screens between the urinals, but that is about as far as it goes.   A trough or wall is also more efficient for drainage because you only need one drain point for multiple users of the trough.  Those people who require privacy can go in a cubicle, but the urinals were designed for efficient use both in space and time and most users of urinals are happy to accept the limited privacy in order to speed up the process.

You really need to open your legs for that one!  Apparently it's actually in a bathroom somewhere.

I like that there's a drain right next to it, they knew.

In college my dorm was unisex and the bathrooms had a urinal similar to that.  I had to explain that it was a female urinal.

Never knew if any of my lady friends used them or not but being college and alcohol being involved I'm sure it saw some use.

The space inside the building is shared by a common men's and women's room, which is staffed by a female attendant. She directs people waiting in line to a stall as one opens up, or to one of these two urinals (if they're free and the client is a man). No admission is charged but the turnstiles serve to direct in and out traffic in this very crowded establishment.

Apparently there's a co-ed bathroom in France that includes urinals.  For whatever reason, the urinals have turnstiles and a female attendant.  It would be quite an adventure for a woman to barge her way into the ride and show the attendant what she's missing out on!

Was in a beachfront bar in a UK seaside town at the weekend that had the toilets labelled 'Gulls' and 'Buoys' - made me smile a little.

No pictures though - the toilets themselves weren't that interesting.

When the tv is the urinal

Great find...   I wonder if it's been fully thought out - I mean, imagine the queue out of the door because the match has gone to penalties and a bunch of guys have finished peeing but are still standing there transfixed waiting for the outcome?

Could be good too for virtual golden showers...  play a bit of porn through the TV and away you go guys...  👩‍🦰 💦
