Was stationed in Japan in the US Navy although a few years ago. They're an innovative lot, quite technically accurate in their techniques , lighting, and videographical skills.  For a time one could purchase most porn from machines on almost every street corner, pixelated of course, but the shop owner had under-the-cover raw stuff if you asked for it.

Hard to tell; I think it mostly depends on what you want to see.

Both in regards to quality level as well as the... scenario.
