Personnally, I do like sizeable breasts, but I would never make that the main criterium when looking for a partner. That said, I don't like plastic breasts. There may be some - very few - cases, where surgery can improve a body, but consider the risks please. There was a German porn model who actually died during a breast surgery (Sexy Cora, she did some pee, too). She really didn't need to have that surgery, and it wasn't to be her first. Now she's dead.

There are less extreme outcomes, like loss of feel or problems in case you want to nurse.

I wouldn't do it nor recommend it.

Just make sure not to wear your wonderbra when hunting for a partner. Go braless. Or close to. Show honestly what you have, then you will meet the men who are interested in that and not in something you are not. There's nothing worse than undressing a women and realizing she doesn't look close to what she appeared to be. Once you have a partner - or if you're not looking for one - there's nothing wrong with a wonderbra. It fills that evening robe that much better etc. Why not. Just be conscient that this is dressing up.

Else, be happy about your small boobs, they enable you to do things ladies with bigger sizes can't do - like jumping around, running, doing all sorts of sports where large breasts get in the way.

Body positivity applies to all - partners who are happy with who and how they are, are most fun to be with!

I just wish she would thin out that hairy bush a little.  I prefer neatly trimmed or shaved.  I think she's always made an intentional effort to not show her honey pot. But she's still perfect. :)

Wow she is fine, agree she’s a bit hairy but it sure wouldn’t stop me. Her body strangely resembles my ex wife’s. Something about a tight little package that just checks all the right boxes for me!

I'm one of the minority of guys that doesn't object to a hairy bush.  My current girlfriend is completely bare, she gets a brazillian wax every month... but previous partners were hairy to some degree.
