Good luck hun, kick ass! Training is going well thanks, confident me and my daughter will be able to complete the half marathon on the 26th. We have done a few 15k runs now but would like to do a 20k to see how we cope with the extra distance. Going out later today for a run and will have another this weekend. I'm excited!

Final update of the night, I am amazed I have waited this long! I am typing this from the kitchen, frantically hopping about and completely unable to stand still while my husband quickly gets the camera and tripod. We want to record this for our private collection. I feel like I am going to lose control at any moment! It is torture! Thank you for keeping me company this evening!

I am bursting for a wee! Legs squeezed together with a hand jammed between them. I'm going to try and wait a little longer I'm not going to have any more fluids but I will make one last update before the dam bursts, as long as it doesn't take me by surprise that is.

It was mostly so I could keep an eye on the bike. I could have taken it into the toilets with me I guess but then I'd still be locked in a stall with my shorts pulled down. I wouldn't know anyone was going to take my bike until I heard it moving and then it would be too late. I could pee with the door open I suppose. By peeing in the bushes I could see my bike at all times and see if anyone was approaching. I wasn't that deep in the trees, maybe 10 feet away at most so if someone did grab the bike I could quickly pull up my shorts and chase after them. I quite liked the idea that people
