Based on my personal experience, I think the smaller the urethral opening, the faster urine comes out - all this being equal. My pee opening (slit) is a little over 1/2" long when my penis is soft; whereas my wife's and former girlfriends holes are way smaller. Maybe 2 -3 times smaller unless it's stretched. They can pee way faster than me, no contest - distance or volume wise. My urine tends to fan out into a wide spray once it exits out of my penis, it does form into a thick, clean stream about 2-3 inches after it leaves my penis, but it's by no means super fast. I usually fill up the entire toilet bowl with bubbles when I piss. Once I tried leaving it sitting there without flushing, it took maybe 10 minutes for all the bubbles to pop. I've never really hear any actual bubbles pop, I guess I have to be closer to the bowl to hear them pop, but being that close to the bowl, it must stink of piss...

I've been complimented by both guys and gals a number of times before. I put out a pretty heavy, thick piss stream. So wIth most of the women, it's usually about how loud and/or how long in duration. Some also have said something about aesthetics of the stream itself if they're present while I'm pissing. The guys however, almost always note the width and size of my stream and also the force of it - fast it comes out. There's usually no mention of sound, maybe because our piss all sounds alike?

I have a naturally large urethral opening, but would never put anything in there. It's just too sensitive. Big turn off. Hairs sometimes get in or the slit rubs against anything, skin, clothing, etc. exposing the soft tissue within, ouch. I also get asked a lot if I sound or modified my pee slit bigger. Never. So nothing against people who are into urethral play. It has happened to me too, but I think at least for me, it depends on how soft and pliable my penis happens to be at the time of release. When my penis's soft, my urine stream is really thick and fast flowing. It fans out while exiting the tip, but it's still mangeable. When I'm semi-erect, my pee slit enlarges by quite a bit (gets longer) but it also gets tight so my piss stream really fans out a lot. Can't force it without spraying every where. When erect - forget about pissing and wait til it softens..

My stream fans out a lot as the piss exits out the head, so try I do this at toilets to make the aiming easier into the bowl. At urinals or outside, I just let loose.

I've done it a number of times; just like that guy you're describing. I piss a thick, heavy stream, so I spray & splash a lot. My piss just comes out really fast. The guys alongside me tend to shy away from being splashed on. I've got some comments before though in amazement of the stream force hitting the trough wall...

Maybe 4 or 5 women have that I can remember; they all loved aiming and watching the stream come out the slit. They also were fascinated by the feeling of my urethra really pulsating as the urine was passing through it.

I feel relief but also I'm fearful that I might feel a kidney stone or something passing through my urethra, especially when the urine is really flowing fast. It has never happened to me before but I heard stories from other people who had the unfortunate experience.

I have the same problem too, so I don't piss in the sink anymore. My piss stream's too thick, it just splashes all over too much and I actually feel the drops hitting back at me.

E5, anywhere else it sprays too much. Rather put up with the noise.

I piss a pretty thick, strong stream and these were the only ones that could take it without splashing back. They work really well...

I usually spread my piss slit in the morning before pissing, but this time I forgot - I had the dreaded stuck peehole. I had 3 streams going at once in different directions, going everywhere but in the toilet bowl. I made it worse by try to force my piss out, some of the piss landed back on my glans. It Finally turned into one stream and took a picture of it...

Apologies for pic orientation, this was a really "golden" stream. Had a strong musky salty aroma to it too. Must've been something I ate, lol...

I like to do that too. But for me there's too much spray back coming back at me off of the porcelain unless I kink my penis to aim into the water. It hurts my urethra to do so though. There's hardly any water in the newer type toilet bowls due to low flow restrictions.

Thanks liking the pics. I do have a good, healthy flow, but I think my big/wide stream comes by having a fairly long piss slit/opening. I used to get teased a lot growing up due to the size of my stream during pissing contests or if I'm seen pissing by somebody. My peehole is at least three times larger than the peeholes of women that I've been able to compare with. That would be an interesting topic to see who has the bigger urethral opening, women or men. Here's the size of my pee slit when I'm erect...
