This post was very inspiring for me to finally get some diapers. I’ve always loved wetting as is, but I’ve never thought of the mess free option of a diaper especially for a quick relief to go back to sleep in the middle of the night/early morning. Today I finally got some and I’m gonna be wearing one to bed tonight for the first time, can’t wait to see how this goes (:

Due to my condition i usually sleep with Tena Night. I haven't wet the bed in a long time and i could do without it, but it makes me feel calmer, especially if i sleep at my girlfriend's. If i wet her bed even though she says it wouldn't be a big deal, i would feel too embarrassed. Since I wake up dry I can reuse the diapers for 3/4 nights (also because they are quite expensive), I throw them away when the elastic becomes too loose or if I sweat too much at night, etc.. Unfortunately, i still avoid getting wet on purpose when i have to throw them away, even though i like it, because maybe mum could look in the bin and find a wet diaper, she would ask me if i had an accident in my sleep and this always embarrasses me.  Then he might be angry if he found out that i sometimes pee myself on purpose

I'm going to wear a diaper to sleep tonight, so that in the morning I can pee a little into it. It's not a good quality one so it can't hold a full bladder's worth, but it will still be fun to use it a little and feel the warmth.

It’s good to have the diaper as security and great that you can get more than one night of use from each one before throwing it out. If you do want to wet them before discarding you could wet while at your girlfriend’s place, your mother won’t see any wet diapers in the trash then. That or you could wet at home, bag up the diaper strait after and put it in the trash outside. Perhaps pushing it down a bit so it’s not visible to anyone.

Some mornings I really want to pee in my diaper in bed, but I'm always too afraid that then mum will start checking the bin, then afterwards it's always very embarrassing if she comes and says "darling, did you have an accident last night?" Also because i haven't had any accidents at night for a long time. My mom sometimes checks my pants or panties to see if I have had accidents, she doesn't mind it, but she wants me to tell her if I have them

I don’t wear all the time, only once in a while. I haven’t worn since October. When I do wear it’s usually to bed or lounging around the house. I don’t wear out in public and don’t wear 24/7. I try to pee as much as I can before I change it. There are also cloth diapers than can be reused. But I have heard cloth diapers don’t work that well. But if I became a full time bed wetter on my own or with a partner I would get a mattress protector and embrace leaking once in a while. When I wet my diaper I just want to soak it and let loose without letting the possibility of leaking bother me.

That’s sucks. I would be totally ok with you wetting yourself and preferring to use your diaper since you have a medical condition. But yeah hiding it can become an issue. That’s why I am open  to date a girl who’s into water sports and wetting diapers so we don’t have to hide it from each other.

Of course, I couldn’t help but enjoy my morning pee in the comfort of my own bed without having to worry about a mess to clean up. I loved hearing the hissing and feeling the weight of the diaper absorbed with all my pee when I finally got up to take it off.

Oh yes. I always love to lounge in bed when I can so it’s nice being able to enjoy it more with the help of a diaper. I’m sure I could easily fall back asleep after a morning wetting if I’m tired enough.

I love wearing diapers on week-end.
I pee a lot and when i wake up because i need to go, it's really great to be able to let go without worring about the cleaning.

Sometimes i even fall back asleep even when i'm not done, but it's pretty rare.

When i woke up either i pee when i'm still in bed or during my breakfast. Sometimes i keep the diaper after i'm done but most of the time i throw them away because it's too heavy and squishy.

Absolutely agree that diapers (nappies, I'm in the UK!) should be normalised.

We are too reserved and private about toilet matters and societal obsession that everything has to be done in a toilet, which ensures they are seen as just something for young kids until they are toilet trained, any older and it's for medical reasons only. Why shouldn't we wear them as a convenience item? Yes that perhaps means having public toilets with more facilities for cleaning up, but why not?

Wearing them in bed is great and I agree with those who suggest you get a better sleep due to not being disturbed so much. Although, I've never had much success in preventing leaks but that is down to body shape and finding the right adult-sized nappy (there aren't too many options because it's not normalised - catch 22!).

I have indeed, but I am not convinced. Especially when you intend to hide your towel diapers in your pants, a real diaper works better, since it holds more fluid at a certain thickness of the diaper. With my bladder volume, I always overflow towel diapers
