Train Spotters

This is a story about two female train spotters and contains outdoor peeing. As this is my first attempt at writing a fictional story on this forum, I have tried to keep the plot fairly simple but I hope you enjoy it!

Stephanie and Dani were driving down a remote country lane on a warm June day. They had only recently got in touch after discovering each other’s Instagram accounts through which they shared a common interest; train spotting. Today they were travelling to view a remote section of railway in the middle of the British countryside in order to view an unusual nuclear flask train that would be pulled by two antiquated class 37 diesel locomotives. 
‘Ah shit, I probably shouldn’t have drank that coke before I left’, thought Dani as Stephanie pulled into a dusty lay-by. She didn’t know if she’d be able to hold her pee for the next hour whilst they photographed and recorded the passing train. She wasn’t as used to train spotting in such rural locations so the prospect of peeing in a bush made her feel slightly nervous. 
Unbeknownst to Dani, Stephanie also had a pressing need to empty her bladder but she was far less worried as she was familiar with this location and knew some pretty good pee spots in the area. The nuclear train was only due in about 15 minutes so she knew that she could easily wait to nip into the bushes for a quick pee. It certainly helped that she was a lot more used to waiting around for long periods in the middle of nowhere than Dani was.
“OK, we just need to follow this public footpath for about five minutes to get to the railway bridge”, Stephanie announced, “once we get there, the train should be about 10 minutes away so it should be plenty of time to set up our cameras”. Now that they were out of the car and walking across a field, the two women felt able to take their minds off of their bladders and focus on their genuine excitement of what they were about to see.

They got to the bridge and started setting up their tripods ready for when the nuclear train was about to pass through. However, after ten minutes, the train still had not arrived. 
“Are you sure we got here at the right time?” Dani asked Stephanie after they had been at the bridge for over 20 minutes. “I’m pretty sure we are, hang on, I’ll just check the rail freight tracker app” Stephanie replied. As she checked her phone, Dani noticed that Stephanie had crossed her legs a tiny bit, giving her the glimmer of hope that she might not be the only one here with a full bladder. 
Due to there being hardly any 4G in the area, Stephanie’s app was taking forever to load and in the end, the only information she was able to receive was that the train was delayed but there was no indicator as to how long it was going to be.
“Yeah, it is delayed but the app won’t tell me by how long”, Stephanie sighed. “It doesn’t help that I’m bursting for a wee as well, at least I could have bloody gone by now if this train was on time or if I knew when it was going to come”.
“What?”, Dani naively started, “do you mean there are toilets around here?”
“No, of course there aren’t but if you’re out spotting in these parts you quickly get used to finding a decent bush to wee in!” Stephanie said with a chuckle. 
Dani’s heart sank sightly, not being the biggest fan of squatting to pee outside. 
The last time she had done it had been after a drunken night out when she was still a student. On this particular evening she had been walking home with two of her friends and the three of them were on the verge of pissing themselves. They ended up taking it in turns to pee in a drain between two parked cars on a street praying that they wouldn’t be seen by any passing strangers.
“Yeah, I do really need a wee too”, Dani admitted.
“Not to worry, there are plenty of hidden spots around here, I’ve had to piss around this area loads of times”, Stephanie reassured her.
Dani was still not looking forward to squatting but she felt a bit better with this reassurance.

After about another 10 minutes of waiting with their bulging bladders, the two women heard a familiar rumble coming down the railway line. In the distance they could see the two locomotives approaching so they both rushed to position their cameras whilst crossing their legs. This type of locomotive was notorious for being incredibly loud causing the sounds of its engine to ripple through the air.
“That sure is a beautiful sight but that noise is not doing my bladder any favours!”, shouted Stephanie as she tried to carefully film the passing train. 
All of a sudden, the train driver sounded the horn, almost causing Dani to lose control.

Once the train had passed into the distance on the other side of the bridge, the women turned off both of their cameras and packed them away.
“I don’t know about you but I’m going straight into those bushes down there for a piss”, she said whilst pointing towards a cluster of bushes and small trees next to the railway line.
“I think I ought to join you”, Dani smiled nervously.
They made their way down towards the bushes and made their way inside them and stopped just short of where the railway line was fenced off.
Whilst they were just about able to see the railway, nobody passing by would be able to spot them from outside.
“If a train comes past, you could call this a loo with a view”, Stephanie chuckled as she started undoing her belt.
Before Dani had time to look away, Stephanie had slipped down her jeans and knickers and squatted down on the floor. 
Dani turned around just as she heard Stephanie sighing as a jet of urine started quietly hissing and pattering on the ground.
Whilst she was still nervous about peeing in nature, hearing Stephanie’s stream made Dani’s own desperate need to empty her bladder more urgent.
She made her way through a bit further through the bushes and started undoing her trousers.
Looking around, she could see a number of tissues dotted around on the ground confirming that this was a popular place to pee.
Dani pulled her trousers and knickers down to her knees and got into a squatting position like Stephanie.
It took her a few seconds to get started but as she was pretty desperate, it was not long before her stream started. 
Dani looked down to see a thick stream shooting between her legs, dampening the ground below and almost spraying her trousers.
At that moment, a freight train thundered past completely drowning out the sounds of the two streams as both women were finishing up.
“Damn it!”, Stephanie shouted over the racket of the speeding freight wagons, “that would have made for some amazing photos and footage!”
Out of the corner of her eye Dani could see Stephanie bouncing up and down shaking off the last drops and got a glimpse of her bare thighs and bum as she stood up.
“I’m sorry, I forgot to bring tissues, we’re both going to have to drip dry”, Stephanie apologised to Dani.
“No problem, I’ll remember to bring them next time”, Dani laughed as she started shaking the last drops off herself.
She looked down to see a fairly large damp patch in the soil, feeling relieved all of that liquid was now out of her.
As they both made their way out of the bushes Dani couldn’t help noticing where Stephanie had just squatted, her piss still dripping off some of the leaves and twigs that she had hovered over.
As they began making their way towards the car, Dani piped up, “that was actually so liberating being able to just wee out in nature, especially when you get to watch a train pass by whilst you’re at it!”
“Absolutely, I have a nature wee almost every time I go spotting in a place like this, it certainly beats hovering over a filthy public toilet!” Stephanie agreed.
“We’ve got to do this again some time… train spotting I mean, not weeing in a bush although I’ll certainly be doing that if I ever need to”, Dani chuckled.
“We certainly can”, Stephanie laughed. “don’t you worry, I’m sure there’ll be plenty of opportunities to piss in nature on future trips!”, Stephanie teased as they got into the car.

The two women drove away feeling relieved and happy to have befriended each other through their common interest.

Love the story and very believable situations.  You obviously know a bit about railways @Apple78 and that makes the background much better.

Oddly enough, I saw a 37 stabled in a siding today as we went through a station on a passenger train, so this was a very timely story.

A hot story. Don't know many female train spotters but know many female railway people. I do train spotting and see many women walking by near the spot where I go, seen many of them squat near by, a lovely view.
