Spas are all about relaxing ... and I can't think of anything more relaxing than lying back and feeling your warm pee flowing over my body.  Very healthy and healing.  My mental health would certainly improve.

It felt nice. I could feel my bladder shrinking and so I cut off the flow. My husband got out and I sat on the pool steps, submerged. I tried to release more pee but only a tiny amount came out. 

 

I went over to the spa which was very hot. It was quite deep to get into from the edge, and the shock of that long step made me pee! Not too much, but enough. My little pee ran down my legs into the spa as I sat down. I tried quite earnestly to pee more as I really wanted to, but my bladder was completely empty now, unfortunately. 

 

Next time, I am drinking a whole bottle of water before my swim, to go in on a divinely heavy bladder. Once you’ve felt what it’s like to pee in a pool, you desperately crave that feeling again.

Great that your girlfriend "shares" with you.   My wife is very similar - doesn't seem to matter if she already peed, as soon as she is in the water she needs to pee again and just releases it.  Sometimes on my hand or leg if I am lucky.

I really wouldn't worry about warming up the water in the ice bath.   The volume of water is still huge compared to your bladder and if it actually has ice in it rather than being just cold water, then the ice will keep the temperature at zero or just above anyway.  Sure you would get a temporary warm patch by you, but that would disperse very quickly once you finish.

Absolutely lovely.   I am pleased you managed to indulge yourself.  Peeing a bit in the tub with your husband was sneaky - especially if he is not keen.

Pee is a good fertiliser and doesn't do the grass any harm as long as it's not too strong. So keep well hydrated and you can water the grass anytime.

I'll remember that for next time! I ended up not peeing in the ice bath (which didn't have any ice, it was just really cold water) as I felt a bit anxious as the bath was really, really tiny. I did end up peeing in a hottub again though. 

My girlfriend kept on sharing, but one evening the pool was really busy and she was also a bit anxious because of how many people were close to us. She did end up peeing on my knee again though as she just couldn't hold it. I don't think anybody noticed, but there were still a lot of people around.

I'm also a naturist so go skinny dipping in the sea as well as at naturist swimming in pools.  Peeing is a must whenever possible. Especially when naked I an otherwise  public pool. I was visiting a naturist beach and lay naked with an elderly woman who I just met, and for most of the day we chatted. Eventually we both needed a wee so went into the sea up to our ankles and looking at each other we peed together. It was an extremely pleasurable experience.
