I don't think they are necessarily trying to appeal to pee fans. They are trying to appeal to any pervert who wants to watch people bare their bottom to use the toilet or strip to take a shower or bath. It's possible that an ad like that would be illegal in the US. It definitely would be illegal to put a camera in a bathroom without the user's consent, even if it is your own. At the very least, they could be opening themselves up to a lawsuit should someone find one of their cameras in a bathroom.

I don't have a problem with peeing outside, as long as you are not destroying someone's personal property without permission. For example peeing in someone's vegetable garden would be a hard no. Peeing in the grass at a park would be better, as long as it's not somewhere people would tend to lay down. Peeing on sidewalks, alleyways, stairs, etc is not a big deal. Same with sides of the road, in nature, and such places. I guess it's a matter of respecting other people's property and feelings who are not into this fetish.

For me it depends on whether the body odor is fresh or stale. For instance, a person who has just worked out and smell of fresh sweat is a turn on for me. A person who has sweated and not showered for a day or two smell stale and is a turn off. Same with pee. Fresh pee is a great turn on and the smell is erotic. Old pee that has sat around in a carpet, floor, diaper, or anywhere else for a couple of hours is a turn off for me. Even if the pee has sat in a bottle for over an hour the smell and taste are not for me.

I think non-consensual naughty peeing is destruction of someone's property who has not given that consent. If someone is not into pee and someone pees on their property, that is wrong. That person would likely find it disgusting and would be offended at minimum. If you want to pee on your own property, or someone who has given consent, I say go for it. But damaging other people's property without their consent is wrong, and possibly illegal, depending on the offense.
