Just a very small thing: It would it be nice if it was possible to set the "Live Chat" sound notification to permanent OFF. One has to click 3 times, 3 different places with every log in: Click settings - click "toggle sound" - click hide. Would be nice if it could stay hidden (only the yellow symbol in the bottom visible) and quiet. If one wants to enable it, and make it pop-up every time one logs on - fine. An opportunity to save one's preferred settings would be great.
