I went 135 days without running. So very quiet. Pleased to report was back on it Monday even if I spent 10 minutes running in absolute horror at my inability to go quicker than a 10 minute km before realising it was still set to miles from cycling to a beer festival in June and I was doing alright. Did stop halfway around to film a quick naked running peeing video then panicked as the miles off tractor sound got very close oops.

That is a fantastic age range. I would love to be enjoying a 93 year old.

Cycled 5 miles from a railway station to a friend's house last night and it nearly killed me. They had hills there and I mainly only cycle on the flat here.

PS have only run 26.18km all year

So my local running day has only just been announced for this year and I genuinely fear there isn't enough time between now and then to get Marathon fit.

Sadly a third going lock the door, a third saying didn't happen and a third going weirdos who even does that.
