I went 135 days without running. So very quiet. Pleased to report was back on it Monday even if I spent 10 minutes running in absolute horror at my inability to go quicker than a 10 minute km before realising it was still set to miles from cycling to a beer festival in June and I was doing alright. Did stop halfway around to film a quick naked running peeing video then panicked as the miles off tractor sound got very close oops.

140kg per hand beltless farmers from earlier this month, plenty more in the tank as well. Takes me over the 1 lizzo per hand barrier with no belt which is pretty hefty
