Do you post for others or for yourself?

When it comes to pee porn - whether it be pics, links to vids, stories, or whatever - do you post primarily for your own pleasure or for the pleasure of others?

I must admit that whilst I have posted the occasional link to a vid and have sometimes written stories - far fewer than I used to sadly - I mostly post pics.

And whilst I am very glad if others like them and it is partly why I share, the actual process of finding and downloading pics, then uploading them here is something that brings personal pleasure. I do it mostly because I like doing it. If it were a chore I did mainly for others I wouldn't post nearly so many.

I have noticed of course that whilst some of my subject matter attracts a lot of likes, other niches - eg guys peeing in girls' mouths - are much less popular and rarely attract likes. Were it just about pleasing others, I would drop that category entirely, but continue because I like it. And it does attract occasional likes so I am not entirely alone.

I also post so many pics here because I almost use this forum as an archive. I download pics into categories in my laptop, then upload them here. Then I delete them from my laptop to avoid cluttering it with many thousands of images. If I want to view them I can find them here. Another reason why I post stuff I like here regardless of how popular it is. Of course, if others like it too, that's great, but a bonus

I suspect most of us post because we like doing it, and if others like it too we feel we have contributed something worthwhile and are glad but that's really just a bonus.

Premise: I started posting fairly recently here, so I didn't have the chance to share much yet, but I'm on other forums like this one where I regularly post content.

For me, I'd say that I feel like I need to give back. 🤔

I've found so much content thanks to people posting on these forums: sometimes clips that I was looking for, maybe after making a specific request myself; other times something new that someone posted that clicks with me. If I have the chance of letting other people find some good material for themselves- maybe the same people whose posts I appreciated so much!- then I'm glad to try. 😛

So for me the main reason is to give back: at the end of the day I don't need to keep track of content I enjoy by posting it in public forums, since I download it everytime I stumble upon it. Sharing doesn't cost me much time and effort and I could make someone happy like they made me many times 🙂

It is a community so I like to share things that I would like to see in the hope that like minded people will share similar.

I don't forget my friends so I sometimes post things that are of little interest to me because I know my friends will like it!

A bit of both for me - when I post pictures it's usually that I've looked through a thread at the existing pictures and thought about content on my hard drive that fits nicely. By posting back I'm enjoying it myself as well as sharing.

When I post on an experience or respond to a comment or question I'm nearly always doing it in the hope of uplifting or encouraging someone else. I was brought up that if you haven't got something good to say, don't say anything - so generally it's the positives I'm posting.

Ultimately we all like to receive praise of course.

For me I think it's mainly for others. I enjoy the idea that something I like will also appeal to other people.  I like to hear their comments about what I have posted,  it makes for more of a connection.

If I post something and nobody rates it or comments it I sometimes feel a little disappointed.

That's very interesting.  I hadn't noticed because it is not my thing at all,  but I am surprised.  The major pee porn sites seem to produce huge amounts of this,  but the converse,  where the girl pees in the guy's mouth is much harder to find.  There seem to be many porn guys who are unwilling to take the girls' piss on their faces.  It's often a disappointment for me when I watch a new video.

My main fetish is cunnilingus,  and I sometimes post about that in the non-peeing area.   I have very much enjoyed the reactions to that from some of our female members,  but it's not the only reason I post it.  Sometimes one of those videos just makes me feel so good I want to share the feeling.

I have noticed that girls peeing in guys' mouths is much more popular here than the converse, attracting many more likes. Yet they are definitely harder to find which is why I post fewer of them. It seems the porn industry seems to think we all love watching guys pissing in girls mouths when most would rather see girls doing it to guys. Clearly they don't understand us and are only in it for the money. If it were all produced by genuine enthusiasts it would better reflect our more popular interests.

I have noticed that people who are not into it themselves seem to regard it as a dom/sub or SM type fetish.   While that is probably true for some,   most people I talk to seem to just enjoy it as an intimate friendly fun thing. 

The porn industry seems to think it is somehow degrading,  and therefore they expect people only want to see men doing it to women. Definitely both.   If I find something that I think is worth sharing or I have a story to tell then I enjoy putting it together and posting it but I do it more because I hope others will enjoy it and as part of a community it is all about sharing and I hope that others will do the same so that I can enjoy their posts.

Also, when writing about personal experiences, it helps to get the memory firmly in the brain so I remember and enjoy it again and again.

A bit of both really. If I find a photo I like I might share it for others to enjoy but I'm not a prolific pic poster, I don't share every pee photo I come across. And I share my stories for other people to read and enjoy but I wouldn't do it if I didn't get any response.

I guess I am similar in many ways.

I mostly post pics when they are the ones I like and use this forum as a pic store, but I always hope others like them too.

When it comes to things like stories I enjoy writing them when in the mood, but do find it demotivating if I get little response. If I ceased seeing any signs of appreciation I would stop writing stories altogether. So I guess when it comes to stories I am writing just as much for others as for myself.
