In the state of Pennsylvania, in a major city, there's a Transportation Center where the restrooms remain partially closed. The men have found a partially hidden area near an entrance and use it as a urinal. It's not totally obvious to bus riders walking by, except when they see a guy enter, and exit the space in a matter of seconds (or if they notice the pee running out at times). Between @Rosita with the bus stop, and @MonsterKane46 in an empty parking lot at night, I've done both quite a few times.
