  1. I have never wet myself or even leaked pee while sneezing.
  2. Did they measure how much you peed after you gave birth at the hospital?
  3. How did you hear about this?
  4. You could send me a direct private message on this. Just curious, how much do you typically measure when you pee haha?
  5. All I can say is WOW! That is really impressive. How did you manage to pee 2.2 liters?
  6. I personally LOVE holding my pee as long as I can and peeing in measuring cups to see how much my bladder can hold haha. The most I have gotten so far is about 1900 ml (1.9 liters) and my goal is to eventually measure more than 2 liters.
  7. Welcome to the site! Do you have a favorite spot for peeing haha?
  8. I thought you all should take a look at this interesting study: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5876278/ In the study, it found that women tended to have a MUCH larger than normal bladder immediately following delivery of a baby. One woman even managed to pee 1900 ml (1.9 liters) after she gave birth, though the 75th percentile was 618 ml. I could only imagine who that woman's sexual partner was before she got pregnant...The normal bladder capacity may be only 400-500 ml in non-pregnant women, but it mentioned that bladder capacities in women can reach and exceed 1000 ml duri

  14. Do you know of any other women who wear liners to guard against leaking pee?
  15. How much water did you drink before the test?
  16. Do you wear liners to guard against leaks?
  17. I was reading a clinical study that talked about how in a non-pregnant woman, bladder pressure was normally around 10 cm h2o between 100 ml and 400 ml, while rising to 24 cm h2o at 500 ml and soaring up to 60 cm h2o at 500 ML. So no wonder why it says that typical bladder capacity is 400-600 ML in most of the population, because that is when bladder "pressure" peaks regardless of how much the bladder can anatomically "stretch" to hold more pee. However, in the third trimester of pregnancy a woman's body releases more relaxin and progesterone hormones, which prepare the vagina to expand and rel
