I didn't look through every post here to see if maybe someone else suggested this but could a new tag be implemented that indicates that a file or url has been uploaded? Maybe it could be programmed to disappear after a week or when each person has viewed the new upload, or they can click on the tag itself to make it go away? Devil's advocate here: I can't imagine urinals becoming popular with women on a large scale.
