I think you'd most likely find that in ABDL media. There are quite some caretaking audios/videos out there, and I'm sure some of them ask the "baby" if he/she needs to potty. I don't know if there are any adult-oriented ones (in the sense that the viewer isn't infantilized, not in the sense of NSFW). Maybe there are other "subspace" videos/audios that mention it, I'm not sure.

That’s a good example, because for me, it’d be more along the lines of “you could just whip your dick out” and talking about all the places I could do it. (Or, the other way round, me encouraging a girl to squat and leave a puddle somewhere)

I don't think I've ever really seen anything like you're describing. Which is kind of a shame, as I'm sure there's be demand for it. I do however remember seeing something loosely related years ago. 

It was a POV video, presumably from the perspective of a guy laying on the ground, with a woman walking up to him and vocally explaining that her dream has always been to try peeing on a boy, and that the guy (the viewer) is curious where girls pee from. So she went on seductively explaining how peeing on him(you) would be a great deal for both sides, until she took a squat and peed on the camera lense.

It's probably not what your're looking for but a really great video nontheless.
