Roskilde festival 2023. The pussies - shaved or not shaved?

At the Roskilde Festival in June 2023 it was easy to observe hundreds of girls peeing. Many of them urinated openly without taking care to cover themselves while others tried to find something to hide behind. Quite often I could have a glimpse of their pussies. I was only in the festival area itself and didn't make any trips to the giant camping area where there must also have been a lot of peeing but I am completely satisfied with the range I was able to take part in.

I used to believe that most young girls nowadays shave their pussies, but judging by the 50 to 100 pussies I saw over the four days of the festival, it's quite a mixed bag. I would estimate that half of the girls I saw were shaved and the rest were more or less hairy. Not that it matters to me - variety pleases!

I assume that the majority of the girls were from Denmark although there were probably many other nationalities as well. I wonder if the percentage of girls who shave their pussies differs from country to country? And can it be assumed that shaved pussies are more common among younger girls? Does anybody have an opinion? Is the percentage of hairy pussies maybe overrepresented among festival goers?

Its a mixed lot, some of the young ones are fully shaved where many in their upper twenties keep it unshaved or trimmed. When I was there in 2002, most of the ladies were unshaved, even the teens.

It's a really interesting question as to what proportion of ladies trim, shave, wax or whatever.   And even more if there are any national trends around it.

I must admit something I've been wondering for a while....

When we see 'old' porn, for example '70s & '80s it was very common that ladies would have huge, thick dark bushes of hair.  A complete forest going on.

But in a lot of today's images, on the ladies that aren't obviously shaved there are a lot more cases where their hair is a lot thinner.  I mean, it's there but nowhere near as thick or long.   And I've been wondering if that's down to any reasons - food additives, medications, more frequent showering and bathing...   Or whether it's just a case of ladies who've trimmed and not fully regrown?

Someone who I'm close with is a Nurse Practitioner who worked for 25 years in women's health (OB/GYN). One time, fairly recently, I asked her about this, and she said more than half, probably closer to 60-70% of the women she sees are completely bare (shaved, waxed, lasered, etc.). She said most of the rest were natural, and a few here and there were trimmed.

I asked, and there isn't really a trend (according to her). A 50+ year-old is just as likely to be bald as a teen. Some of it was cultural - white women tend to be bald more often than minorities / other cultures.

In fact, one of the things she often saw patients for is ingrown hairs / abcesses, etc. Her advice to prevent them? Stop shaving.

Am I the exception then? :") I have never shaved and neither do I like to. But I do have thick dark bush going on. However its not as spread out or extreme like those women from the 70s not is it as thin as it is commonly seen now. Mine just sits like a triangle thats it

Her experiences may be biased, because women may have shaved or groomed differently knowiing that they are going to have their pussy examined.

Maybe, but I doubt it. Perhaps a female or two can weigh in, as they'd be more experienced on the matter than I. But my impression from talking to her was that women would generally "come as they are," without any special preparation.

In fact, she often saw patients who were there for ingrown hairs, painful bumps, etc., which were often the result of months (or years) of shaving.

When it comes to performing oral sex on a woman, shaved is so much better.  The smoother the better, even.  I wasnt really turned on by bald pussies until I started dating a beautiful Asian girl who regularly shaved herself smooth down there.  The first time I saw her nude and that beautiful bald cunt of hers, I nearly shot my wad then and there.  I've been married to a woman for 42 years who keeps her "runway" shaved smooth.  I shave as well, and the sensation of skin to skin sex during intercourse is mind blowing.
